    Thank you for this video. My dad and I played it a hundred times or more over the last two years, to keep him moving, I would sit in the chair next to his and do the movements with him. He passed recently but this really helped slow his decline. I was always worried the video would not remain public and we would loose this valuable tool. Thank you again, and keep this program up for others

    this is great for limited mobility exercise, encourages mind /body fitness. We do this at the Manor, they love it!

    Been doing this this video twice daily while confined to a hospital bed on oxygen. There are no boundaries to health and a peaceful life whether teaching or recovering the benefits are abundant.

      After being out sick for so long it a yoga instructor was hired so it looks like teaching is on hold for now. I will definitely pursue it in the ffuture as it becomes available. This program has many benefits! Thank you for teaching us . It has added a whole new dimension to my life.

    This is excellent for wheelchair bound elderly who do not have opportunities for upper body exercises.

    I am very grateful for this. I used to practice Yang 108 but with both knees now totally cartilage devoid and unhealed ligament damage this seated version, which looks like the 24 short form perhaps? Is just what I need now. Thank you for sharing
