    Did Tai Chi many years ago (about 25 years ago!). This was a wonderful reintroduction to the practice. Moves came back to me and my breathing deepened. Excellent lesson and look forward to more as I have bought the programme. I am 79 and have health issues and need concentrate on wellness - tai chi is an excellent way to start with gentle exercise. This reminded me of how much I enjoyed Tai Chi all those years ago. Thank you!

    Thanks for this! I've recovered from Covid, but the thought of doing a workout or even walking seems exhausting. However, I this was something I could confront today. I feel both relaxed and energized after this 30-minute session.

    I took a tai chi class for a number of years at my senior citizen center and look forward to resume in the seated format.
