She only does 3 times each side. I had a brain injury at birth so starting Qigong 3 months ago is helping.

Hi, As a practitioner and teacher of tai chi and qigong for over 30 years and although the names are a little bit different from what I was taught but postures and principle of course remains the same but you do it so beautiful and so graceful. The general rule about breathing is, as you are gathering in the energy, breathing in, as you are sending out the energy, breathing out. Rising, breathing in; sinking, breathing out. Hello, I have been surprised, how this practicing fixed my pain in my back, relaxed my mine, than got better my work focusing ang got better my body pain. First I have much doubt And didn't Believe it works, but it do. 🙂🙂🙂
