Hello Beautiful People,
In today's episode we visited the magnificent and mysterious St. Micheal Abbey, we tried to start a 1956 Pasquali tractor after 4 years and we made the authentic PESTO genovese sauce!!
Next Saturday, the 6th of February will be Sara's birthday, let's celebrate together next Sunday, February the 7th with a livestream!

PESTO ingredients:
• 50 g (1,7 oz) of small basil leaves (about 60/65 leaves)
• 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
• 70 g (2,4 oz) of Parmigiano Reggiano (about 6 tablespoons)
• 30 g (1 oz) of Pecorino Fiore Sardo (about 2 tablespoons)
• 2 peeled garlic cloves
• 15 g (0,5 oz) of pine nuts(about 1 tablespoon )
• 4/5 grains of coarse salt

It’s a shame no one makes the quality in anything like years past. Refrigerators , washers and dryer’s only last 2-3 years. We’ve gone through 2 Samsung refrigerators in 6 years! Nothing’s made to last. We used to have American made which lasted. I thought we would go back to that but apparently the new administration doesn’t believe in American anything.. Keep the tractor 🚜. It will come in handy one day.
Well being from a Texas farm, I thought the tractor was fascinating....but I’d have to say I was most impressed with the hot tub video. Glad You two are making each other a priority beautiful people 💕

Great drone shots as usual. Yes, do take us back to the Abbey when it opens. That was spectacular. Luca you are the envy of lots of men who like to collect things! That tractor is very cool. You need to buy some more property to store it and your other finds. Maybe build a big shed! ha! Hope the two of you are feeling better. Most of us are all feeling like you are. I did get my 1st vaccine shot this week and it really has lifted my spirits. We are vaccinated over 65 along with people in the service industries. Stay safe!

Always get teary eyed whenever you show a church, Abby or other places of worship. I think about all the people over centuries that have prayed fervently there for so many reasons. Pesto is one of my all time favorites and now I know how to make it from scratch. Thank you. The children's room is really coming along and whoever gets the beautiful furniture will be so blessed. Wow...We just don't have things like this in the US since our country is fairly new compared to the long history in Europe! Really amazing view with that drone!! Greetings!!!! The video footage at the being was absolutely beautiful and great opening! The Abby was gorgeous and I also would love to see more of it. Thank you for including some of the history and I found it fascinating that there are a line of Abbies from the north all the was to Israel and that it was designated to Arc-angel Michael. In Vancouver, BC, the oldest buildings here are maybe 150 years old. Whenever I've been to Europe, it always fascinates me just how old the civilization is. Buildings that are over a thousand years old and are still in use is hard to comprehend.

We lived in Italy when my husband was in the Navy for two years. We lived on the economy and had the time of our life. Our first child was born there. The best people and the best food We ever ate. We lived in A suburb of Naples...lots of negative said online about Naples WE Loved it. (1973-1975) I wish everyone could experience Italy and I wish I had the $ to go back.

Terrazzo is beautiful and very expensive here in the US. I live in Florida and the coolness of the terrazzo helps to keep the house cool.
