Voice over workouts are where it's at! Love the instructions rather than just guessing what proper form or muscle concentration should be! Keep it up my man - thanks for the inspiration!
@@Simnettnutrition we need updated workout videos, loving the recipe vids but workouts would be awesome, great way to switch it up!! Love the content either way.
Just received my bars with the Simnett Nutrition bananas down the side. I am so excited! Thank you for inspiring this purchase. Getting shredded this summer! Even my eight year old kid is using them. We love your positive energy. 💛
I've been practicing Tuck sit with 30 second holds, 3 or 4 per workout. And I'll also use light resistance band hung from the pull-up bar to do assisted L-sit. ✌🏻💪🏻
This was great! I have always wanted to purchase these bars and knowing that buying them with your discount code will support your channel makes me want to get them. Thank you for all the inspiration you provide me to make myself a better person brother!
Had to do it 😂 but will watch it tomorrow morning...kind of my wife’s after cardio/breakfast routine 😁 can’t wait to see if you have my question answered in the next ask me Monday 👍 love your vids man. Always something useful happening 😇
oh and I really like the style of the video and that you put in the name of the exercise and number of reps. I think its the first time you did this. thanks! great!
Slightly difficult but don't change a thing! Being in the over 50 crowd and after 2017 being the year from h**l, just getting back into taking care of myself. Start at 1 or 2 reps and work my way up. See ya on the difficult side :)
Great vid as always D! I'm definitely going to grab a pair of those after the 3rd, pay day 😁 awesome discount! I was just looking into getting a pair last month too! Thanks brother 💛
Im going to have to incorporate the one arm rows into my dip bar exercise routine. these things are no joke. I hope to be able to hold the L sit position as straight as you do by the end of January 2020 :)
In UK's last COVID lockdown the only exercise I could do consistently was running since I had no home calisthenics equipment. Don't get me wrong, I loved it but I needed more variety and missed the bodyweight exercises. Not making that same mistake with the new UK lockdown! Just bought your Simnett Banana Lebert EQualiser bars and about to get started!
Any advice on starting handstands for beginners? And do you know what plant based foods are good for asthma? Love the videos! You inspired me to live the vegan lifestyle.
Awesome circuit...those bars would be fantastic in my little home gym(doing dips off my treadmill handles hehe). Surprised you live in Parksville. Beautiful place!
Simnett Nutrition Awesome Derrick thanks, I can see you are putting more hard work into editing, have been missing these videos but also I really have been loving the forest ones they are very relaxing.
I usually do straight sets but these circuits had me dying (especially the advanced one) so I will probably start adding more of this type of training it as a burn out
Awesome man. Thanks for replying. I love your style of training. Im working on transitioning to a vegan diet as well. Slowly but surely. Keep inspiring bro!
For the inverted row, I just started trying it out last week, but by keeping the knees bent is not that challenging. The exercise can be more difficult by keeping the legs completely straight. With one arm only and extended legs, it must be seriously hard.

Yeah, I have to because of the gym music blaring in the background and copyright concerns! Glad you enjoyed it!

Do you switch from straight sets to circuits when u do push/pull twice a week? Good stuff man. One of my fav channels!
Do you have any beginner recommendations for lower body workouts to pair with this circuit?
you could do assisted pistol squats or just regular squats. you could also try hanging from both bars and doing an upward pelvic thrust
Thanks to share my music ! :D
No problem!
For the inverted row, I just started trying it out last week, but by keeping the knees bent is not that challenging. The exercise can be more difficult by keeping the legs completely straight. With one arm only and extended legs, it must be seriously hard.
Loved this and just received my Equalizers!
Awesome! You will love them
Got motivated again,im getting up early tomorrow and hitting the calisthenics park :D just started calisthenics a few days ago
For a man how many times a week is it recommended to do the circuit, is it recommended to do it every day?
No, restdays are important.
4:29
Can you do a video of a circuit of leg exercises. I would really like to know some different exercises for my legs to tone them up.
Great video. Just bought some of these bars. How many days a week should I do this workout. Should there be a rest day in between?
3:10
Tips for those calf muscles please!!
