Yes they are good, but maybe for someone a bit bigger than me. They are a little wide apart and the bars are a bit big, but can't complain... it's pretty sweet.

Simnett Nutrition oh man, they need to make narrower bars for smaller guys like us 😭. I tend to run into that problem too

Trial and error calisthenics is how I've been approaching things, but the start of these calisthenics tips videos is super helpful. I would love to see some full beginner routines, you convinced me to get some rings for some progressive bodyweight workouts (8 pull up max, gymnast hold for ~1 min, wildly varied amounts of ring pushups and so forth).

You made it an easy transition for me and now you motivating me even more. I dont have much but your videos give me more than anything i could buy. NEVER STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! Oh guess i should ask a qustion: How can i stay motivated to work out when i feel healthy w/o working out?

Floor supported L-Sit and V-Sit progressions also built up my triceps a hella lot. As you lean further back for the V-Sit, you're lengthening the lever between deltoids and wrists. It hits the long head of the triceps like crazy 💪

Hey! I'm such a big fan. :) I'm about to start calisthenics next week because I've been quite busy this week with school stuff. I'm able to do 20 push-ups and about 30 at max, the same number with squats. But I struggle a lot with pull-ups maybe due to my lack of strong grip and back strength. I can only do 1 half pull-up and 1-2 chin-ups. Thank you for taking the time for this. :)

First workout is 6-7am next 17-19 and weekends have lunch workout too. Progress came through repetition within 24h, rest days are rare even thou over 40 years of age. #amm: when you get some sort of pain after training how do you know that you should stop train and visit a doctor? I ask that because since 2 weeks I have some mild wrist pain. I paused training for 2 weeks but it didn't get better (or worse) so I started training again, more lighter. The pain now is neither worse nor better but I am kinda paranoid now that I will mess up my wrist so I will go to a doctor tomorrow^^
Of course I know that you're not a doctor but you are someone who trains very hard for several years now and I guess you have some experiences and some rough guidlines for yourself in the area of pain after training and when you stop or keep training and when you visit a doctor and when not...

With regards to the guy who can only do 4 pull ups, I started with cluster sets that helped me massively. 2 pull ups 15 seconds rest 2 pull ups for 8-10 times.

Late here, but I really enjoyed the info! As of today, I've been Vegan for 3 weeks, loving it, and my body/mind loves it even more, lol. Now eyeing calisthenics for training. It's good to see a living combination of the two. Thanks for the inspiration! 😎👍

Can you do a video on beginner calestinics maybe building up to a pull up. I saw how crystal has those bands. I'm a girl and feel like my upper body is much weaker than my lower body so it's hard to pull up that weight!

Absolutely love this video, would really like it if you did more calisthenics content, actually found your channel through searching for vegan calisthenics athletes in the first place

I'm looking at adding some front and back lever training into my routine. What're some good progressions to work up to that?
