Marilyn was a sweetie pie, she loved children and animals and tried to love all the jerks that mistreated her. I wish someone could have loved her unconitionally and helped her. Love you Marilyn

She looked so beautiful in that year, during the filming of "Something's Got to Give", and of course, through her whole life. I wish we could have seen more of the 61' & 62' Monroe. I think then she was at her peek, and then she passed. I wish she had lived longer. Cause, she looked so gorgeous and angelic. Theirs a lot of things you wish for Marilyn Monroe.

This tragic story has been repeated over and over again with so many great entertainers. It's the price they pay for their own success.

She was so beatiful and talented.
I wonder where she had been today, if she didnt die.

That doesn't explain why her organs disappeared from the morgue, why no pills were found in her stomach and why all the witnesses kept changing their versions of what happened that night and were not investigated properly. It's kinda hard to ignore all these facts.

She may have had specific insider knowledge due to her ties to the Kennedys, but don't ignore the fact that she already overdosed earlier in that same year. If Henry Weinstein hadn't come over to check on her she may have already passed away on that day. And John Huston (?) who directed her in Misfits knew that she was doomed, she took so many pills and drank quite a lot, it was unfortunately bound to happen. He had to send her to the hospital and interrupt the shoot. And I think they did find pills in her system or said that the body of an addict reacts differently, if she took all the pills on an empty stomach they would have been absorbed straight to her intestine. But yeah she was also treated badly by the studios, movie moguls, some of the press and she became a victim of psychoanalysis.

Marilyn was a light to this earth sharing a very high vibration when in her happiest moods spreading upliftment.

Amen to that! She lost 25 pounds. Not that she was fat before but she looked amazing here! Making it the more depressing to think she died at the same time she made the film. I miss her even I wasn't even born when she died. Sigh.

The studios of the day both killed MM and Judy Garland. They got them hooked on drugs for their weight control and to be up all the time and to help them sleep. Both died so young and their bodies just could not take anymore. RIP MM and Judy.

@leela1970 I agree. I am bipolar and I believe she was too. But they didn't have meds back then that were worth a crap to help bipolar people. So booze and pills were her way of self medicating. The poor woman. I know how hard that is.

  • @sdavenport1981
    @sdavenport1981 14 років тому +3

I feel that Marilyn Monroe was bipolar(manic depressive), I suffer from it and without my medicine, I get mood swings like that. If she was just on the right meds instead of the ones that killed her. But back then, there wasn't much you could do for depression or any other mental illness. I think she was a person who was hurting a lot and that she finally gave in. She was also heartbroken over JFK and RFK's kicking her to the curb. I don't think they killed her. She did that herself

(which was never ever confirmed by anybody) during the shoot of sgtg, it was meant only as an alabi for her "suicide" some months later. No, she was in good shape, physically and mentally too.. she had no reason for killing herself .. the future looked bright.. but.

i dont know if you do believe in this
but theres always a reason why things happend
and maybe it was for the best that marilyn left i dont mean it in a bad way
but if you would see what now it is
    if she wouldve stayed alive
she would be like those old actors now
    yes they are still popular
but not like they were when they first started

If she acted Cleopatra her life would be changed.Because Fox kept her contract thats might be a stressful life. She Commited suicide few times so I will nvr say it as a murder. If a person commit suicide few time it's abnormal.Probably she is suffering from PMS.which I suffered since I was 27 and commited suicide 3 times before period the mind will go into deep depression.Lonelyness tend to drink wine and cry of the pass life. 3rd time I was in coma for 3 days the doc says I won't survive But at the end miracle happens.I survived. The reason I suicide Bcs my ex didn't gv me enough love. I fl neglected at that time. Now i am going trough a divorce.Aft I return from Australia on 2015 finally they tested me with each med.And I found the my life saver.Into medication n now no more depression or suicide feeling. Its just that some people born with it

They say she died virtually broke and that DiMAggio loaned her $5,000 right before her death. Miller and DiMaggio didn't need her money so how did she end up with financial difficulties?

Oh, that's terrible. I think her mother and grandmother were mentally ill. It clearly was a bad idea for her to go into show business with a genetic disposition.

I agree. I think when people die, it is God's will. Maybe he knew how people would take more advantage of her. Maybe there was something going to happen that God knew she couldn't handle. At least she is a legend now. Elizabeth Taylor is a washed up old woman now selling perfume. I have never liked Elizabeth Taylor though.

@ThePolkadotbikini Just expressing my opinion. Personally, I think Jackie Kennedy is a great role model and she was beautiful. JFK had the best of both worlds. But I am biased when it come to Jackie. I really look up to her.
