There was so many times I did the Desert Reward track when I should have went for legacy skins. The problem is that so many tracks don't grant mystic clovers. You don't put the Hero weapons in the mystic forge since the Gift of Heroes (200 tickets) doesn't exist anymore. Once you unlock a heroic skin, a vendor sells you the upgrade with 350 tickets and 250 Memories of Battle, which is unfortunate.
You are right! Unfortunate that gift of heroes was retired. The cost for the mistforged weapons is now 5 gold +250 memories of battle + 350 skirmish tickets + 3 grandmaster weaponsmith marks
You just keep learning new stuff in this game. I picked up something I didnt know before. Thank you Can you skip the entire PVE grind to unlock Vision? I cant find more details online.
Not all of it. Just like the example I gave. Corsair leggings: 30 step meta achievement vs reward track .. and to unlock vision there are 5 such unlocks that you can do with reward tracks. You still need to do a lot of pve
Sadly no. While each of the vision of...that is needed for part 1 that still requires you to explore the maps. Part 2 you would need to kneel at various mastery points. The tracks helped me get the required achievement item like the Corsair armor and the season 3 armor.
Yeah the buy order thing also brings me doubt.. Which is why I think Soto is one of the better ones to pick. rift energies will seemingly always be good to have because motivations will seemingly always be in demand.
Currently, all the ls4 reward tracks are better because of how expensive the t5 and t6 mats have become. Consume the ls4 currencies to volatile magic and buy trophy shipments with them. But yea Soto is also good if you craft and sell motivations and some soto weapons. I run it sometimes because I hate doing some of the metas in those new maps
Yo, im working on the leg chest piece from wvw, already got the gift of the battle plus the precursor on reward track, any Idea how many weeks should It take to put my hands on the one that have a tentacles effect?
Yo that's awesome! Chip away at it one step at a time, and you'll get there without it feeling like a grind! You can get 455 skirmish tickets/week + some additional tickets by capturing and defending a Keep or Stonemist Castle. So it really depends on what you already have + if you have other mats ready or not (Like Mystic clovers, gift of condensed magic and might, etc..) You can go to the wiki and scroll down to the "WvW armor set" section of the wiki to see what you need. They also provide skirmish tickets calculations below the table! @@coffeedart_gw2 agreed. the metas in Soto fell short IMO. Amnytas is alright to be fair but Skywatch & Nayos falls short.
which one one is the fastest way to finish reward tracks? pvp or wvw ?
If you win more than you lose, then PvP.. Otherwise WvW
