The best Doctor who episodes are the ones that have me completely f****** confused until the last second, or the ones where he walks in and starts laying down his credentials to the sounds of everyone crapping their pants.
@@SpanishAvenger "there's a saying.. the doctor of war never comes bearing a weapon... And that's the last thing many see.." I think there is something about them not eating brains when left on their own. They community telepathically or something and the death is just a side effect if the other can't talk back
So, does Doc survive due his species, mental fortitude, not linked long enough, vastness of his memories, or because the other didn't push fully on his mind?
I think it's more he embraced it and directed it to the block, forcing its efforts there instead of souping him, and once it found out the true reason he was there, it wasn't going to soup him anymore
Theyre all great, genuinely wasn't into it before and someone forced me to watch it and it's an amazing show, David Tennet is amazing but the best doctor is Matt Smith, but it's a huge debate between those two, but Capaldis doctor is very phenomenal as well, hell even Christopher was amazing.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but generally, the population that a species needs to have to repopulate well is generally more than 2. Cause only 2 means a lot of inbreeding which causes a lot of problems
@@Edanite if we can't make basic assumptions like that then this species could be capable of parthenogenisis, so there's no reason to be concerned in the first place.
And? Way around that is to have as many kids as you can. Then each new pair (yes, most likely brother and sisters) each have as many kids as they can. And so on, each progressive generation getting with cousins further out. All from the same original gene pool, but the more kids each pair has, the more chances of mutations to occur. The more mutations occur, the more the gene pool will begin to diversify. Not perfect, but it's something.

Depending on how they reproduce there could be enough generic variance between progenitor and offspring to negate that. They do look a bit like slugs so maybe they work similar to that.

23 humans, you can get minimal inbreeding with careful breeding. But that assumes dangerous recessives. An alien species might have other ways of dealing with dangerous recessive genes.

Yup it starts of a bit boring but damn didn't expect the twist

Christopher Eccelston aswell
