I haven't been out to Downtown Frisco in years. Last time I was out there I was harassed by an aggressive panhandler so much that I feared for my life. After that incident I vowed never to go out there again. Downtown Frisco is a very dangerous place.

They need to place a requirement to work for homelessness on foodstamps. The people who have disabilities mental, or physical, ir elderly need to be given disability benefits. The rest should pushed to take training and encouraged to find jobs with possible tax breaks for company's who currently employed a homeless just like they do for hiring disabled or someone who has received foodstamps. If they don't have any jobs for them to find or anything they can do, or if they are not properly funding thier disibility programs due to the 3 million a year they spend on useless homelessness precautions. They need to transition not be made content. You are not kings, you are public servants. Make room for them, or be replaced. San Fran Sisco leaders have some soul searching to do.
To solve this is easy. 1. Deregulate so business can make more money. 2. Lower taxes so people can keep more of what they make. People spend their money more efficiently than government does. 3. Remove minimum wage. This will allow homeless people to get a job and make money without panhandling for it.
