    • Writer of four books, including famous book "मनोविज्ञान के 7 जादुई मन्त्र " ( 7 Magical Mantras of Psychology ) published by Diamond Books ,Delhi and one book on history of Sirsa was launched by Mr. Manohar Lal Hon'ble Chief Minister of Haryana.
    • Thousands of expert opinions and articles published in various national newspapers and magazines .
    • Rendered his expert services as a psychologist to Sirsa Jail inmates.
    • Delivered hundreds of extension lectures, seminars and workshops for police officers and defense personnel, students, teachers and general public on Stress Management, Happiness, Personality Development, leadership, and Body language, AIDS, Health, Career and Woman etc.
    • Resource person of the Higher Education Dept. of Haryana for EDUSAT programme.
    • As a Associate Professor of Govt. College Sirsa supervised more than thirty very important committees (placement cell, personality development cell, photography, public relations, etc) in different capacities.
    • Officiated as member of Selection and Inspection Committees, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Board of Studies, done paper setting, paper checking, etc.of Chaudhary Devi Lal University and many other universities besides Ph.D evaluation & Viva Voce.
    • During the tenure as the president of the Rotary Club Sirsa Midtown brought International, National and District level prizes and recognitions for the club and adjudged Best President of the Rotary International District 3090 which comprises many revenue districts of Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan..
    • As a leader he was unanimously elected Secretary of the students union of the College, member of the Courts and Academic Council of Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra, office bearer of various NGOs and sports associations. At present he is unanimously elected General secretary of Haryana Government College Principal Association(HGCPA)
    • Won many prizes in different activities during college and school days.
    • Officiated as a judge of theatre activities in inter-zonal Youth festival of Kurukshetra University.
    • Resource Person of Psychology AIDS etc.
    • Presented many Research Papers in International and National seminars of Psychology besides chairing the scientific sessions
