Recipe Ingredients:
[Chocolate Brownie Cake]
- 165g Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 85g Unsalted Butter
- 200g Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 62g All-Purpose Flour
- 41g Cocoa Powder
[Cream]
- 250g Cup Whipping Cream
- 220g Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
300g Raspberries

Instructions:
1. In a measuring cup, add chocolate chips and butter, microwave for 30 seconds, stir until mixture is smooth. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until smooth, then add in the chocolate/butter mixture and vanilla extract, give it another mix until everything is combined.
3. Sift in all purpose flour, cocoa powder and salt to the mixture. Fold all the ingredients together. The mixture will be quite thick. Add in more chocolate chips.
4. Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. Once it's done baking, let it sit while we make the cream filling.
5. In a clean mixing bowl, add in whipping cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix on high speed until mixture is smooth and creamy.
6. Cut your cooled down brownie into small cubes.
7. Grab some glass cups: the bottom layer will be a few cubes of brownies, then add raspberries, then pipe a layer of cream until it fills the top. Repeat these steps until you reach the top of your cups. The last layer should be cream. Optional: if you have any candy canes, you can crush them and sprinkle them all over the top along with some chocolate chips.
