According to the placement of samos' hut sandover is outside the wall, which is just water so essentially sandover was completely wiped off the face of the earth. Dead town might have been new sandover as samos" hut some how didn't get destroyed

This music perfectly describes how horrible our world has gotten! The ruins of Sandover Village is pretty much what America is going to look like before the next century! Whatever is built outside of the ruins of this destroyed country within the next century will probably be our equivalent to Haven City. I assume Canada will probably become the new America (Haven City), and the old United States (Sandover Village) south of it will lie in ruins and become "Dead Country".
CreeperSquad I thought it was pretty obvious that when Mar built haven city he built part of it over sand over village, that’s why there is square architecture just like the rest of haven. Some time after the city was built the metal heads attacked that portion of the city where the old sand over was, torn says when he sends you there that that part of the city was abandoned when the metal heads attacked anyone stuck there at the time perished. It is 100% the future of sand over village. There are enough clues to be able to piece it together that much to be fair.
