I don't play well, so it's nice to hear a review from someone who does and knows guitars. I bought mine as a return from a Guitar Center, so there was a percentage off. The tone is warm and clear and the separation is good. It makes a nice balance with my Eastman dreadnought with Sitka spruce and rosewood with its bigger, boomier sound.
Good to see you, Bill. The fingers seem fine :-) It looks and sounds like a great guitar. But I have no budget or space to buy another one, stick with my Martin and a 70´s Hora. The latter hand made in Reghin, Romania, silly cheap here, I paid 100 dollars for mine. All the best, looking forward to more clips.
@@billromansky9716 cool! They make all kinds of instruments in Reghin, violins etc. and they survived the communist era and kept their name. My guitar is black and it has a sticker: CASH :-))
I got the same guitar 7 days ago. I'm as impressed as you are. Opened up in a couple of days and probably will open up even better. Like you said, I too thought the poly finish would bother me but it doesn't. I had to polish the frets though, they were very raspy, apart from that, flawless finish en setup out of the box.
@@billromansky9716 Go for it! I have the RO-328. as a mahogany guy myself the RO-328 almost changed my mind about my favorite tonewood and also very curious about the RD328!
Thanks for the review.

Thanks, Mike. I had a Hora Irish Bouzouki a couple of years ago. Solid wood tops are the way to go.

It's an amazing guitar I'm looking at the RD-328 before possible tariffs hit.

I ordered the RD328 also and just received it. Go for it man! This thing is a beast!
