To all those that said this is amazing bread. The only thing close to being bread is the look. Tastes like over cooked scrambled eggs. I even tried adding spices. If you like over cooked eggs this is definitely your recipe. Might be ok with some kind of breakfast or if you can find something to mask the flavor and the after taste. Just my 2 cents.
Well what do you use? Do you have one of those small ovens that are portable? A grill? A microwave? Microwave would not be recommended because they cannot be set to certain temperatures, and the bowl or pan the bread is in would likely break. A grill wouldn’t be ideal due to the smoke coming through from the bottom, which would ruin the flavor. But if it’s one of those tiny oven like things, one that you can preheat, you would do this exact same thing

I think they need some kind of flour.
So your saying the eggs tasted like eggs?
😲 I hate deception!
😱
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@kaywest89 No a great option is the store bought keto breads. This is crap!
Try subbing sour cream for the cream cheese and adding a scoop of unflavored protein powder. It kills the eggs taste quite a bit
Amazing bread thanks but what kind of eggs are you using look healthy because the yolk is a beautiful dark orange not yellowish thanks
It’s likely they’re from a market, or it’s because of the color of the egg itself.
Free range eggs usually have Orange yokes.
Cage eggs give yellow yokes
They are backyard chicken eggs. :)
How long do they stay fresh??
Only a few days in the fridge.
2-3 days in the fridge. :)
Please if you don’t have oven how are you going to do it

Your not going to have cloud bread. Is this a real question?
Maybe try cooking them up like you would with pancake batter? See if that works.
What temperature do you bake them at?
She says in the video she preheats the oven at 300 degrees
Preheated 300°C. :)
At what temp?
Preheated 300°C. :)
Mines when I put it on the oven it becomes liquid how can I stop that or what am I doing wrong ?
You didn’t whisk them enough. They need to be really stiff peaks.
You should whisk them more.
What temperature??
Preheated 300°C. :)
