You didn’t deserve that(bad human, bad-bad human) Thank you again for all you’re doing….rock on sista
I just made these and are very good. What i did was use part of the recipe from zearocks. I used a whole package of Lily's dark chocolate chips which is 9 ounces. Next time I will only use about half. I mixed 5 eggs 5 Tbl of melted butter 1tsp of vanillla, 1 tsp of instant expresso coffee granules, pinch of salt . I baked in a 9"pan using parchment and coconut spray. Baked 350 for 15 min. You can tell, done, when the top starts to crack, it was not crunchy, and I was ok with that. The batter for the chips after I melted was super thick, took me a few extra minutes to incorporate. The batter when done was thick like a regular cake batter. I'll just add fewer chips next time! Thanks for the recipe!!!
So who could screw up this recipe, it's so simple, right? ME, that's who 😳 I used a double boiler to melt the chocolate as I thought it would be better to not mess up the chocolate, burn it, cause it to seize, etc... It did seize on me anyway! I researched why, and it turns out I had the heat too high, the water was boiling. It was like one gigantic ball of chocolate. I was ready to throw it away....well, honestly, I was ready to throw this across the room. Afterall, it's supposed to be an easy TWO ingredient recipe!! So, I researched how to unseize chocolate. I found I was to add hot water to the chocolate at 1 tsp. Intervals until It became liquidy smooth again. I ended up using 1/2 cup of hot water!!! The video I watched to fix my chocolate said once you unseize it, it's no longer good for baking. I said, watch me! Lol I was bound and determined to make this work. It did turn out, but it was quite dense and moist and not just chewy moist. The edges were good, the center more wet. I put the center pieces in the microwave and it actually was very good. Happy to have not wasted two ingredients. Lol
Two ingredient's to make brownies. I'm in. I'm just getting over Covid, moved in my new apartment, last month late September nightmare. I'm not up to doing so much. These are perfect. Mayra Thanks ❤️🙂
used 7 oz choc chips and 4 eggs. They are good but the only sweetener is in the chocolate so it might not taste quite as you expect. Still, goes together easily and is CHOCOLATE! I forgot the coffee so when I make these again, and I will, I will add that to compare. Oh and the salt. so I have to make them. Mine were more cakey than fudgy due to 4 instead of 3 eggs. Fun Saturday baking! Love this presenter, she is so energetic and capable with her own style and verve! If I had long hair like hers and was performing like that, I would wind up with half the batter in my hair, I know I would. Ok. LAST EDIT.
I have those too. Was thinking I'd sprinkle them on top since other comments are saying the lily's aren't as sweet and need a little something extra added....
I just love all your recipes and I love how you put the ingredients at the end in the description box because a lot of people don't and it's annoying but I like you do it so thank you for doing that cuz so many people don't do it and family knew what it's like rewinding going back rewinding it's annoying all right take care
After mixing the eggs could you not just mix in the chocolate at a slow speed rather than transferring the chocolate to the eggs and using a hand whisk or am I missing something?
just made these they were good. I used lilys so they weren't as sweet as I'd like and I used the recipe link and baked for 30 min so mine came out more like a fluffy egg loaf then a brownie but was still good even my kids enjoyed it. I'll definitely make again and lessen the cooking time. for 2 ingredients I'll take it 🥰
Is it 6 eggs or 4?! In the video you say 6, on the website it says 4…I set out 4 to be room temperature and now I’m about to start making them and I notice the video shows 6, like come on…
Wondering, can I bake these in my mini muffin pan? Tiny bites, hehehe. Have so many of your recipes. Very few people I trust to share good tasting recipes. You were the first, for me. Thank you for sharing your journey, your family, and your wonderful food!
I agree with the small changes. I made these as written and found them needing a little sweetener. I have to try again with maybe 1/3 c. Of allulose or similar.
If you want another keto brownie mix, pour out a can of pumpkin into a bowl with some cocoa and your favorite fake sweetener. You can apply some coconut oil and refrigerate so it sets up. More of a raw brownie For cooked brownies, mix cashew flour with cocoa, coconut milk, chocolate chips, and your favorite sweetener.
I was just thinking along those lines the other night, when I was making a low-sugar pumpkin cake. My favorite brownie recipe already has more cocoa powder than flour in it, and I regularly replace the rest of the flour with more cocoa powder so my brother-in-law can eat them. If I created a hybrid recipe that used pumpkin like some recipes use applesauce, the pumpkin would add moisture and fiber while the cocoa powder would add flavor and richness. But I would definitely cook anything with pumpkin in it (even though it's already been cooked once) and keep the eggs and butter.
Myra, I am confused. This video says 6 eggs, bake for 15 minutes. Your link to the recipe says 4 eggs, bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Could you please let us know which way is correct? Thank you.
I think she uses an oven with convection, which would cut down on the bake time. Not sure if that’s what happened here, but I ran into the same issue on a different recipe.
I'm a new subscriber. All of your recipes look amazing. My only suggestion is to make sure the ingredients, oven temperature, baking times and macros are correct. Thank you for bringing us so many low carb options for foods we thought we'd have to say goodbye to. 🤗
@@ladymarmalade7 the macros are way way off! People who don't know any better may believe they are eating zero-net carb brownies that are 44 calories each. Very misleading.
Omgoodness!!! You just saved me so much time on baking goods for Thanksgiving. These look delicious I think I’ll add some walnuts to some as well just for variety… I appreciate the added salt 🧂😋🥰

That's a good question. I looked up the choczero chips and, for each serving size, it's 8 carbs and 7 fiber. Since, when calculating macros for keto, you subtract any fiber and sugar alcohols, you end up with 1 carb per serving. So, no, the brownies aren't completely carb free (she didn't add the .5 carb for each egg either) but still a great option for people who can't have sugar!
That’s true. A lot of people count net carbs for keto, but it’s honestly not the best practice if you’re really trying to watch your carbs. Like Dr. Cywes says, your body doesn’t do math. Also, I have nothing against Choczero, but their products totally spike my blood sugar. I bet they spike a lot of people, but they don’t know because they don’t check, because they assume because it’s sugar free that it won’t spike their glucose or insulin.
@@ladyfarrier5949 you’re welcome! I know some people don’t have an issue with them, but it’s worth trying them and then testing your glucose with a glucometer, if you have one. Lily’s doesn’t seem to be as bad for me, but I think in general it’s the weird fibers the keto candy companies put in their products.

I find it more frustrating when people use volume instead of weights when making things where measurements need to be accurate. Its usually Americans who do this and in imperial as well.
Unfortunately, it goes both ways. I've found amazing recipes that I've had to convert to US measurements and temps too. But so worth it when you get a great recipe!
I made some of these with walnuts. Not sure if I like the taste/texture, kinda miss the flour/bread texture, but they don't taste bad. May've left them in the oven too long.
The recipe calls for 11 oz of choc chips, but they (Choc Zero) only come in 7 oz bags. Do you measure out the 11 oz or are we to use 1 bag (which is only the 7 oz)?
That's a good question. She might be using two 7oz bags. I know sometimes I won't use a full bag of chocolate chips in my recipes and will have extra for other recipes. But also, I recently found some low carb chocolate chips at a local health food store and they sell multiple kinds of chocolate chips in bulk bins. Which is a possibility. My local store had some name brands in bulk too. I save money this way because I haven't been baking a lot since starting a keto diet and can get just a little bit of chocolate chips to make my own dark chocolate almond butter ("Recess") cups! Only takes 21 chocolate chips per cup, so I can make them one at a time! =)
If you like your brownies not sweet then you'll love this recipe. I would definitely add some sweetener if you like your brownies on the sweeter side. The texture is spot on.
This is my favorite brownie recipe that I've tried so far! They had a crispy crust on top and everything. My only question is how to reheat after storing in a container since that crispiness is no longer there the next day. Anyone know?
I’ve made the 2 ingredient brownies they are delicious like she said and I didn’t gain weight they didn’t hurt my diet Amazing WOW thank you friend 💜🌷💜
Each serving of the chocolate chips has one carb. Based on the whole pack that would be 14 carbs for a 7-ounce pack. Is that one carb per serving erythritol?

You certainly look like the poster-person for a healthy look! Could be your genes but I think the KETO diet is also partly responsible. Congrats! Your brownie recipe is super as are all the other ones I got from you so far. Thank you for keeping us healthy!!
I have followed the 2 ingredient brownie that called for a bag of chocolate chips and a can of pumpkin puree. It was really good. I wonder what it would be like with a few eggs some butter and nuts a little instant coffee a pinch of salt and a little vanilla extract. 🤔 I think that's how I will try it.
...I really think I would love these. But I am not sure how you come up with zero carbs? Even choczero chips (the kind that you use) have 14g NET carbs per pack, 4 eggs have 2 more grams...coming to a total of 16 grams of carbs per batch. If you cut it into 9 brownies, it leaves you with almost 2 grams of net carbs (almost 13 total carbs per brownie, if cut into 9 pieces!!) :(
The description box says it makes 12 servings. I calculated them to be around 1.3 net carbs per serving. If the whole bag of chips is 14 and it actually looks like she used 6 eggs at .36 per egg that gives you a total of 16.16 for the whole batch. Divided by 12 you get 1.34.
@@LowCarbLove ... yes....that would cut it down some. Thank you. I just might try them. :) But it is soooo hard for me to eat one little brownie. :(( Wish I could eat a whole pan. :)
@@PtxXtp thank you.... 1.34 net is not bad. It's just that I usually look at the total carbs....and that gets quite high... (Even if making it into 12 servings, you're looking at close to 10 grams per each teeney brownie ) :(
Very cool! I will try this. Also i couldnt help wonder if thats very close to French mouse which is made with egg and not cooked. I made these for my family and they came out beautiful I used a smaller dish to bake them so they came out nice and thick like a cake brownie but the taste I was amazed we can only find semi-sweet chocolate at the grocery store but they were not too sweet at all they were the perfect sweetness just from the semi sweet chocolate well done a round of applause for these brownies ❤️
Thanks for sharing 😊 can I ask what was your pan measurement?
These look awesome! And just in time for the holidays. Yay.. I don't have to be deprived of desert after the Thanksgiving meal. Thank you for this easy recipe.

Yes now that's how brownies should be..
Now bake those edge pieces that you cut off again ... Those are called Biscotti.. Which means twice baked .

You seems to enjoy eating those brownies so much! I’m gonna try it now!!! 😁
Thank you! We love you! 🥰
I was worried because my batter looked quite lumpy compared to yours but it still turned out great! Very happy with it, thanks!
This is so good! I paired it with keto cream cheese fluff. Yum for Thanksgiving!
What is cream cheese fluff?
Myra, thank you for the recipe. Im new to your channel and I thought this recipe was awesome! I literally wanted something healthy to curb my sweet tooth and not set it wild. This was perfect, my legal go to chocolate fix. Also, I’m sorry a viewer lashed out at you with a slanderous comment.

Did she use 6 eggs and 1 whole bag of chocolate chips??
So who could screw up this recipe, it's so simple, right? ME, that's who 😳
I used a double boiler to melt the chocolate as I thought it would be better to not mess up the chocolate, burn it, cause it to seize, etc... Lol
If you microwave at 30 sec intervals, add a few tablespoons of butter. Cant go wrong. You can also do it with boiler
Best wishes😘
Thanks for sharing because I laughed way too hard at this
Lol.. this sounds like me😉
Good job! 😂 You sound like my daughter. I was laughing so hard.

Ok. For froth, I will have to use aqua faba(chickpea water) and up the ingredients to 3 with dates for the sweet. Thanks for sharing.
Two ingredient's to make brownies. I'm in. I'm just getting over Covid, moved in my new apartment, last month late September nightmare. I'm not up to doing so much. These are perfect. Mayra Thanks ❤️🙂

You could eat a few almonds and walnuts every day for because they contain oils that help the heart. Take care.
used 7 oz choc chips and 4 eggs.
Ok. LAST EDIT.
I have Lily’s salted caramel chips. I am going to try that. Looks so chewy. Those are the ones I like best.
Omg yes they are AMAZING!!! I like how you think!!!
You can 😊
I love that you love food! You have a true gift, cooking and sharing! 🙂
Absolutely trying this 😍😍😍😍
Fiannly made them, I added 3 tbs of swerve and vanilla and there so good
just made these they were good. I used lilys so they weren't as sweet as I'd like and I used the recipe link and baked for 30 min so mine came out more like a fluffy egg loaf then a brownie but was still good even my kids enjoyed it. I'll definitely make again and lessen the cooking time. for 2 ingredients I'll take it 🥰
Did you use the Lily's dark chips or the milk chocolate? The milk chocolate ones are way sweeter.
@@aprilmason1734 I used lilys milk chocolate 9 oz and 2 oz of dark chocolate
@@ashleyestrada2983 ty!
Don’t they taste eggy?
@@cyndifoore7743 they don't taste eggy because the chocolate masks it however it does have the consistency of an egg loaf if you've had one.
2 ingredients is a bit misleading but it got me here and now i’ll try and make them
Is it 6 eggs or 4?!
This looks way too good and way too easy... omg trying this tomorrow!
I agree with the small changes. I made these as written and found them needing a little sweetener. I have to try again with maybe 1/3 c. Of allulose or similar.
I thought you can add almond flour or coconut flour? Maybe include sugar free? It’s so delicious!
Tried these using perfect ketos milk chocolate chips. UNBELIEVABLE RECIPE. Tysm!!!!!
If you want another keto brownie mix, pour out a can of pumpkin into a bowl with some cocoa and your favorite fake sweetener. You can apply some coconut oil and refrigerate so it sets up. More of a raw brownie
For cooked brownies, mix cashew flour with cocoa, coconut milk, chocolate chips, and your favorite sweetener.
Thank you for sharing. I just finished making them and I will never go back to making them the way I used to ❤
Myra, I am confused. This video says 6 eggs, bake for 15 minutes. Your link to the recipe says 4 eggs, bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Could you please let us know which way is correct? Thank you.
I made them with 6 eggs for 30 min. The macros are also wrong. They came out pretty good with a dash of salt on top!
@@lakenconner239 Thank you.
I think she uses an oven with convection, which would cut down on the bake time. Not sure if that’s what happened here, but I ran into the same issue on a different recipe.
@@keirawelling But that still doesn't answer which--4 eggs or 6 eggs.
@@countrygal3688 It takes 6 eggs, lol I counted how many she had in her bowl in the video hope that helps ☺

Not sure how these are called zero carb. 11 oz of the chocozero chips = 22 carbs. Even though that is still low carb per serving it is not zero carb.
@@Pooshee123 good to know about the sugar spike. I'll avoid them and look for another brand. Thanks
She lied about calories too. Following her EXACT recipe, 1 brownie came out to 169 calories!!! She said each was 44 calories. 😡😡
I’m literally watching your video and making them right now!! I’m so excited!!! Thank you so much for this video!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥

Check out intermittent fasting. That was key for me.
Just pulled them out of the oven I used 11 oz of lilies and some walnuts they look delicious
Love your recipes! Only frustrating thing for me is that I always need to convert to our metric system to get correct oven temperature and quantities.
Can we use cocoa powder instead of chocolate chips
I made your peanut butter cookies amazing. Will make these. Love you 💕 thank you.
I absolutely love your videos! You have such a great, positive energy about you. Thank you.
Did I miss something? What about the sweetener?
She used chocolate chips. Sugar free but sweetened with erythritol/monkfriut. Brands like Lilly's and choczero.
I made some of these with walnuts. Not sure if I like the taste/texture, kinda miss the flour/bread texture, but they don't taste bad. May've left them in the oven too long.
Ohhh, this is how the chocolate omlet was invented...
😂
They look great how many chocolate chips did you use
@@marig16 would you please share your recipe for these? Thanks

This is my favorite brownie recipe that I've tried so far! They had a crispy crust on top and everything. My only question is how to reheat after storing in a container since that crispiness is no longer there the next day. Anyone know?
Reheating in an air fryer might work to retain that crispiness. I haven’t tried it, but it’s worth a shot.

Not at all! Like a fudge brownie! 💕💕💕
Heyyyy did you use 5 or 6 eggs ??
First time here. That recipe looks too easy to be true. Love your delivery.
Each serving of the chocolate chips has one carb. Based on the whole pack that would be 14 carbs for a 7-ounce pack. Is that one carb per serving erythritol?
I think so but let's also hope we eat it as a treat and not the whole thing at once💗 because that will help the weight loss
I believe chocolate itself has carbs because even cocoa powder has carbs. So not quite zero but pretty close!
@@deborahsantos6849 true so true! But even chocolate powder has natural fibers!

They are so delicious I just tried them thank you so much for sharing the recipe 😋
...I really think I would love these. But I am not sure how you come up with zero carbs? Even choczero chips (the kind that you use) have 14g NET carbs per pack, 4 eggs have 2 more grams...coming to a total of 16 grams of carbs per batch. If you cut it into 9 brownies, it leaves you with almost 2 grams of net carbs (almost 13 total carbs per brownie, if cut into 9 pieces!!) :(
We were able to get 12 servings.
(Even if making it into 12 servings, you're looking at close to 10 grams per each teeney brownie ) :(
Or you can try using cocoa powder instead of Choczero, add in your sweetner of choice plus vanilla extract to lower the carbs a bit? 🤷
