Made this recipe and it's really good. Crazy how tender it was. I did cheat a bit and added some worcestershire sauce. Also added Garlic and onion powder. So mine was more or less Carnivore-ish.
Thanks for the feedback. I think for me it varies based on the beef I buy how tender or tough it is, but usually it works out pretty good. I've been known to splash some Dub-sure sauce in there myself!
Looks good. Minced beef and pork are great together. So are minced pork and venison. Pork bonds meats so the use of eggs or another binder is not needed. 😁 Also for 1.5kg or 3 pounds of meet you need about a cup of fluids to rehydrated the meet. You can use a brine or broth or just water. Soak for 5-10mins. Then mix press and roast. Soft boiled 4 min eggs are so yummy.
@@thecarnivorecurmudgeon Actually, be careful about the water sorry. Different meat different countries and the big countries often pre add stuff. So sorry.
Thanks for watching Michelle. If you notice, in the video and the description I explained that the "bread crumbs" are actually ground up pork rinds, not bread. The "waffle" at the end is actually a "chaffle" made of egg and cheese only, it's just shaped like a waffle.
No offense. My husband was very ill after eating a serving of meatloaf using this recipe. I could barely eat it because it tasted so bad. The pork, beef, & rinds were all fresh, but we just could not do this one.
Sorry to hear that Michelle. I wonder if it was the combination of things that didn't sit right with him? I guess they can't all be hits with everyone but look for something better in the future. I sure appreciate you watching.
every time you referred to a "meatloaf" song ..I sung it in my brain !!!
Sorry for the earworm but thanks for watching!
Only us old folks would get that "Meatloaf" song Dad Joke.😂

@@thecarnivorecurmudgeon Very nice, I used 80/20 beef for mine along with the pulled pork. It was super tender and juicy.

This looks really good! 😋
Simple. Just what I was looking for. I'm going to add some Worcestershire to the mix and sugar free catsup on top.
That sounds really good. I'm a mustard guy myself and Worcester would taste great with this.
Man I love MeatLoaf….and meat loaf. Try carnivore hollandaise sauce with the loaf! You can see Paradise…by the kitchen light.
I will try that and thanks!
Recipe?? Newby here. I'm bored with the diet, so I'm trying to find new things that appeal.
Gonna try it, nice
Thank you.
It would probably keep it's moisture if you did put in a bread loaf or casserole.
It almost certainly would but I don't eat bread.
Thanks for watching!
This is great with carnivor steak sauce
Been meaning to try that sauce. Also, cowboy butter.
Maybe put some Walden Farms or Primal Kitchen ketchup on top? That would probably caramelize up nicely in oven
I bet you're right. Personally, i'm too cheap to spring for that stuff, but it would probably be very tasty
Mine turned out different than it looked in screen. I guess it’s true that “Objects in the [TV Screen] May Appear Closer Than They Are.”
What if I don’t have pork grinds
I'd just leave them out altogether
Would cheese be able to be added?
Sure. If you tolerate cheese it could be good on top or mixed in. You could even put it in the middle.
Aluminum is unhealthy
@fsabbagh My advice...don't use aluminum.
Umm.... this doesn't look "carnivore" with the bread crumbs & the waffles.

@@thecarnivorecurmudgeon Yes indeed. Curmudgeon. Not everyone's system is the same.
Nope...bought a sausage/groundbeef hamburger..not good
