Oh is that an add on!? I was thinking it was factory..we're gonna have to look into that. Yea she's probably worn plumb out but honestly she's running like a top for now atleast.. Thanks for the heads up and thanks for watching!! God bless!
Ok, the one thing I see you didn't do, verify whether it's 6 or 12 volts. It's right in the time the switch was being implemented in all production vehicles, industry wide. That's why the sparking when you jumped the solenoid to try rolling the motor over. Changing it to 12 from 6, isn't bad to do. Everything that uses voltage will have to swap out. Like the bulbs in the lights, the ignition switch, an alternator over a generator. It's well worth doing. Finding crap for a 6 volt system is a major pain in the ass. Ask me how I know.
yea buddy! I'm sure it is expensive. Much cheaper to change the bulbs and put a 1 wire GM on it. I believe I googled it and it was 12v but can't say for sure, if it was a mid year change I probably just got a vague answer on the inner webs...never thought to pull a bulb to find out. The funny thing is the generator light started going out now and again and now it goes out a few seconds after fire up! It's like it fixed its self. Come to think of it, it must be 12v cause after i saw the gen light go out I checked voltage and think it was 13+. We have a follow up video coming up on this truck so we'll include the self fixing charging system and explain the point you brought up. We appreciate the view and the feedback. We're trying to get folks to give us constructive criticism as the channel starts growing. Anything you think would help please give us a heads up!! Appreciate ya buddy. Thanks again!
She's ready to wheel her around. Brakes will be better in the next video and she'll be gassin' it around then! Stop back and check it out. Thanks or watching!
Never seen anyone just try to destroy a truck just trying to unload it!! If you had attached the snack block to back of trailer and run the cable back to the front of the truck and winch it right off while being able to steer it a ll so!!!
Thanks buddy! We'll give that a shot next time. Do we get a snack block in the candy isle at Walmart or is that something we have to pick up at Willy Wonkas place? hahahahahaha thanks for watching and if there's anything else we can do more perfecter, please let us know!

I call it ignorant because if you looked closely, you would see no damage whatsoever other than the extreme amount of rust mother nature applied to the truck. Guess that makes mother nature extremely ignorant like me? Also ignorant to call a process ignorant without sharing the proper way to unload a 400.00 pickup truck with not one useable body part. None the less we will attempt to be less ignorant for now on. Perhaps we could invent an ignorant app that creators could scan their content with before they upload with an ignorant alert that flashes red so they can't miss the ignorance they've nearly bestowed on all of creation. That motor never had a good oiling at the top end so they came up with the top oiling tubing then you had a great oiling Happy Happy Happy
Yes sir...although I wonder if we had modern oil back then if those engines with "oiling problems" may have been fine! Thanks for commenting!
Wasn't impressed how you treated that truck
Sorry, disappointing others comes natural to me.. always as. Thanks for watching!

Just wondering when your going to change oil
Glad you asked! We are working on a follow up video to redeem this jem. Runs way too good to finish its hour of fame on the end of a chain! Thanks for watching!
I bought an oil by-pass kit for my y-block because of poor oiling to the rockers, just like the one you’re seeing on your engine.Someone has squeezed every bit of life outta your truck.

Sorry. But I think y’all were ignorant pushing it off with the loader. Caused more damage than necessary.
Thanks! First time I was called ignorant today. Thanks for the ignorant comment. Anyway thanks for the heads up. Had you not commented I wouldn't have had my daily dose of ignorance that I clearly deserve. Hahahaha jk Thanks for watching
