    im 5'11 and weigh 150 pounds and feel so small in the US. I went to Japan for a couple weeks tho and i felt huge. I noticed fat people tend to eat massive amounts but they dont think they are. My 270 pound friend orders a pizza and eats the entire thing, when i get a pizza i eat like 3 slices

    Damn man those are some INSANE gains, I've been going for around 10 months aswell now and when I started I was already quite muscular. But your after picture looks more muscular than I am now. Can you tell me your diet because I seem to be struggling with food aswell... But yeah you look SWOLE AF, gj man!

      Obviously I'm not Autumn Elegy, however, am training to be a dietician. Would recommend eating whole foods over shakes and supplements.
      e.g. morning steel cut oats with unsweetened oat drink, then go on to have 3 more fairly sized meals from 12pm-6pm mainly consisting of sweet potatoes, brown rice,pasta or lentils as carbs, for simplicity 150g mixed veg and chickpeas, (not so big on soya), peas, mushroom, and beans (maybe a nice curry) or chicken and Turkey and snacks could be what you want just know your means

    Good shit man. I'm in a very similar situation at the moment, just got out of a long term relationship, neglected my few friends during that time, hitting the gym etc. Inspirational to see that those life goals can be met if you really make an effort to improve yourself, even when it feels impossible.     hey man, were the same age and i was 106 pounds at 13 and im 21 now at 136, my body looks identical to your before pictures and ive always hated it. i also just had my gf of 4 years break up with me and have been kind of loathing around doing nothing... i never wanted to work out because it just seemed like to much work and effort for no results but this video and seeing your results have really shown me that it literally is possible... thank you so much for sharing your progress/story with us... i intend to use it as motivation to reinforce my yew years resolution to gain weight and become more confident of my body.

    Shit man, I went from 135ish to 150 and back to about 143 right now and I didn't half half as wild a transformation, I look a lot better but I was pretty much exactly the same just smaller. You had a whole ass transformation in just 10 months. Enjoy it because it starts to slow down after a couple years.

    If you need any advice on lifting or dieting lemme know and I can help you out. I have a 715 deadlift and a 415 pause bench after 1.5 years of training. Trust me I know all about that getting huge and strong as fuck lifestyle.

    How do you gain weight bro? I eat a lot and that is costing me a lot of money but my weight stays pretty much the same. I’ve tried mass gainers with full cream milk, they don’t seem to work.

    Can totally relate to the food part. It's crazy how much you need to eat. Especially as a thin guy, eating 3k calories every single day is mad thing. I've managed to make that goal with whole milk and nuts... If I just ate normally, no way I would gain weight.
    IRL gains feel great! Being social can be hard, at least to me. It's very important to force yourself to meet other people even if you don't feel like it.

      peanut butter helped me with calories.. put that shit on everything, in your protein shakes, or just eat it throughout the day with a spoon. It's got a ton of calories along with protein/fat it's great
