Browney , I workout all the time , right when school is over i always go and walk to the gym and I haven't went in 4 weeks now because my girlfriend broke up with me and , I can do some of the stuff you did in the video , but I've been going for about 1 year now , and I've not been eating good over the break up or anything , but thanks to this video it got me up and motivated, thanks I hope you read this and reply , Ima start going now

I started nearly one year ago with training I was 15 years old 173cm and weighted 93kg today I can say that I lost 18kg. I have to say that running was a game changer for me. And I think that everybody can achieve something if they stay focused.

rayyan ahmed try to do pull ups, pull ups will increase your strength massively. Try to do 100-300 push ups then do 50-100 pull ups the next day and then do push ups again the next day and keep repeating the cycle. Try to do different variations to hit all of your body muscles, like wide push up, diamond push up, normal push up, pull ups, chin ups. And don't forget to do some squats, launches- with weight if you feel that its easy, This will make you (fitter), you will gain strength too but if you are focusing on building strength try to do low volume sets by adding weight. from 8-12 reps per set. And focus on nutrition, try to eat 2 grams of protein per 1KG, so if you 60KG, eat 120 grams of protein to maximize your results, eat more carbs and fat if your focusing on building strength. No, don't. Rest is just as important, actually maybe more, than workout days. Ever heard that progress is 50% diet, 30% rest and 20% workouts? That's exactly the case.
you need a minimum of 24h of rest unless you are taking steroids
Well if by workout you mean Cardio or something that doesn't tax the muscle groups you just tore apart less than 24 hours ago, then sure.

@@xeinem2345 I personally base it on all of the things you can base it on, so that if one falls the others still hold, I use motivation and self-discipline and also tricking the brain, I would say on a day that I really don't feel like lifting, before I make excuses I say "I want to go to the gym so bad I need to go" and I start making reverse excuses, idk how but this just works somehow for my brain to get pumped a lot of the time, I also say "I'm just gonna go to the gym and look around and leave" which ends up in a awesome workout, bit different at home but it still works.

Fluto 50 you need a lot of core strength for calisthenics so when he practiced that he developed his abdominal muscles

Came back to this video, since i remember it being one of the first videos i saw that got me interested in going to the gym, and after not going in forever, a bit over a year ago i locked in and said no stopping now, and its insane to see even though i started skinny, how much my 1 year transformation physique follows browney's even though we had completely different starting points.
(And if you haven't started going to the gym yet NOW is the time to start, you will not regret it i promise!)

I was on holiday in Dubai this Christmas and I visited a water park. I was so proud of my body, when I watched the other people, I saw that my body was the greatest looking, and than I remembered, that I looked the same like these people a year ago. I honestly can not thank you enough for making this video, this one certain video has inspired me to become who I want to be, im 15 almost 16 and I have been working out in the gym and at home for about 3 months now and that is all thanks to YOU! Seeing much improvement has inspired me to go on and continue getting stronger. Recently i just went 100% healthy eating wise. A healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, only water, and about 2 protein shakes a day. Again I can not thank YOU enough for inspiring me to become a absolute beast.. THANK YOU and keep making videos!

Dude start training as fast as possible but dont do it heavy, have good form so it doesnt fuck up your joints, start with calisthenics first

One of the few honest transformations i have seen in a while by a teenager, now there are so many 18-19 yo juiced up on social media selling their shitty gymshark or bang products telling they are natty while they are not, keep up and if you need a reference of what a real year of hard training is you should use him as ref
