- Quick Feldenkrais and Nature exercise to relax face, jaw and tongue. Learn from the chipmunk how to relax jaw and make more space for your tongue, loosen tension in face and jaw. Helpful relief for TMJ pain, help for singers, stuttering, facial injury, stroke and useful before or after going to the dentist!
This is abbreviated lesson from the 4-class Chipmunk Lesson series on Patreon working with Shoulder, Chest and Jaw movements for a supple and easier way to move. Each lesson in the online series classes is 30 minutes followed with Q&A, bonus lessons and naturalist information with short video clips featuring the animal movements and behavior as we apply the animal's key gifts and nature awareness to our human awareness through movement.
