At about 49:04 you give the target weight for a singe as about 95 lbs. How is that possible? A full 10 frame deep weighs about 70 lbs. How do you get it to 95 lbs?

there has to be, right when he puts 3rd box on it, in the same day he funnels upper box in to the lower main brood box, then he puts the excluder, he has to - I didnt notice if he said that.. but he has to otherwise whats the point in doing that procedure?!
there is an easier way to lower the queen in the lower box ..... with the smoker ...... take out one frame and expand the space between the other nine frames ..... then smoke them well with the smoker ..... repeat the procedure after 1-2 minutes ..... the queen will lower itself into the lower box by the influence of smoke.
