how did you calculate the monthly rent for one bedroom apartment ? I'm living in Riyadh and the price you mentioned it's monthly price for a Suite in 5-6 Star Hotel .. but normal apartment the prices is about 20-40 thousands Euro per year for the furniture Apartments in secured Compounds

I noticed too that the price is high. However, it's possible that the calculation was averaged with the cost of some of the more expensive compounds for expats which can easily go as high as 5500 USD per month.
