They get the largest share from the Federal government allocation. The NDDC fraud there is on another level. We are waiting for Oseni to table this talk. If they criticize their governors the way they scrutinize Lagos state Dem for don leave Lagos state behind in infrastructural development because the population is small. Metro is expensive o. Lagos actually sacrificed road construction for the metro for more than twelve years . Many of these states just can't afford it right now
