You absolutely nailed it! The flour measurements were totally, “What??!!” I make scones all the time (Brit/Aussie here) and was rather appalled with margarine. Authentic scones only use real butter and the best being Kerry Gold Irish butter from grass-fed cows. Lastly, sorry, hated the wobbly video and choice of music. The upside?…loved the little one jumping in for the sheer joy of hands on!
