I also remember when they promised that vaccines were years away and that Trump was making things up. I also remember seeing interviews of doctors who thought people could get reinfected not even a month apart, when the good Doctor Campbell here explained the simple science of why PCR tests give false positives. Not all smart people are equally smart.

@@jeffweingrad4658 PCR tests don't always give false positives. Most of the tests are done correctly. Of the patient's I've tested I've seen percentages which were not high. My own PCRs also always came back negative. In my ICU we've had patients who had negative PCR tests but had COVID-19. They had 3 neg tests in a row, but the CT chest imaging and clinical picture was pure C19. I am sure Campbell would not diss other colleagues as he's an old guy and the Brits believe in collegiality among physicians, plus GMC would kick him out and it also would not be true what you said anyhow. YT videos are not a substitute for medical education.

Oxygen consentrators are a cheap solution. No oxygen tanks needed:
In a study of astronomers working in Chile at 5050 m, oxygen concentrators increased the level of oxygen concentration by almost 30 percent (that is, from 21 percent to 27 percent). This resulted in increased worker productivity, less fatigue, and improved sleep.[38]

$700 per course of molnupiravir vs. pennies for Ivermectin. Wonder how many health officials have a conflict of interest with respect to the anticipated cash cow of new anti-virals that are in development or already in clinical trials. Could this be why Merck refused to acknowledge the safety of Ivermectin for treatment of COVID-19 despite having donated millions of doses of Ivermectin to developing countries for treatment of endemic parasitic diseases?
