Love my Moon Cup. I can’t ever see me going back to tampons or pads. It may seem tricky at first but you’ll get the hang of it once you’ve mastered your insertion method 🙏🏾🙌🏾

I tried a menstrual cup for the first time this month. I tried the Diva cup and once I got the hang of insertion I absolutely loved it…apart from the fact that I discovered that I have a really high cervix. This was an issue coz the cup naturally settled too far up for me to easily get it out and I was having to go on an expedition every time I needed to empty it. I am looking into longer length cups for a high cervix to mitigate this problem, but I defo recommend menstrual cups. I’ve never felt so clean and free on my period ever!

Thank you for this vid! I tried last month for the first time and I just couldn’t get it in LOL I will try this month fingers crossed it works - this vid was really helpful! I feel like when I release the cup inside it’s gonna hurt 😭 have you ever felt pain?

Hello! This is one of our most frequently asked questions and we totally understand it seems daunting to people thinking of trying the Mooncup. We recommend taking a small bottle of water into the toilet cubicle with you, remove the Mooncup, tip the contents into the toilet bowl, rinse with a small amount of water and re-insert. Or you can simply tip the contents into the toilet bowl, wipe the Mooncup menstrual cup with toilet paper, and re-insert. You can give it a more thorough clean when you get home.
It's definitely worth noting that you may not need to empty your Mooncup as often as you would change tampons or pads, because the Mooncup holds 3 times more than a regular tampon. We also recommend trying out the Mooncup at home so you're fully used to inserting and removing before using in public. Hope this helps! x

Hey ! How do you know that it is inserted '' correctly '' per se ? I'm a transgender man, and I'm dealing with periods when I dont have my hormones. I'm ashamed of being bullied if I ask at the pharmacy especially in a highly transphobic country, this cup seems like a good options
