    I wonder if there's a one way menstrual cup , and possibly one that a battery can go inside of so it detects when the contents are about to overflow ( seeing its one way the flow wont go in the opposite direction without the notifier telling the person( sounds like it would make peoples life more secure if it can be made)

      Hi I'm 14 I use these cups! So my personal experience is really good. I can actually feel it open, it feels really weird at first starting like a cramp then just like a weird little bump. It doesn't hurt at all. (For me at least)

    This is my second time using the cup. Am 20yrs with no sex life. This is my experience and tips
    While inserting
    Make sure u have washed both cup and hands.
    1. Sit in squat position, go with punchdown fold
    2. Hold the cup at position at hole with ur right hand and push it in with ur left hand, and make sure u r pushing towards the end of spinal
    3. Don't completely push it inside, push it till the stalk is completely present in ur finger, at this time around 80% will be in, slightly push it in by rotating.
    4. Once u feel the complete cup( without stalk) is inside, leave it. U will hear or feel a pop. Cup pushes itself in by suction force.
    Don't try while u r not on ur periods. Use water as lubricant. It will be slightly painful for 1st time only.

    Hey, I tried the menstrual cup but it's not going inside.
    I never tried a tampon and the cup seems to be too big for me though I am using the small size as you guided me to choose the size. Do i need to insert my fingers as well while inserting the cup, when i push it inside, the area was hurting

      Yes, it is normal for all women to insert part of their fingers inside of the labia and vagina to properly use this product. But, look at the diameter and size difference of the cup at the base next to a tampon. The diameter of the cup is huge!!! I honestly don't know how any woman could insert something that big inside her vagina without it being very painful. There has to be smaller and more realistic sizes available.

    • @writitripathy
      @writitripathy 9 місяців тому +1

      Hahaha I get you. the hole of the cervix is really small and your muscles are continuously contracting to push the blood out so even if you were upside down , the blood won't go back in. Hope this helped ❣️

    Hey, I know im a little late to the party but, I have a question.
    So I just got my first menstrual cup today and I been in my bathroom for an hour trying to understand how to use it. I know how to get it in, but every time I have to make it pop open it causes a horrible pain for me and I have to automatically pull it out..,
    Is my menstrual cup to big for me or am I doing something wrong 😢

    • @pixiecup
      @pixiecup  10 місяців тому +1

      Unfortunately it does sound like the menstrual cup is too large. If you ordered a Pixie Cup we'd be happy to take care of you, just email info@pixiecup.com. If you didn't order from us, sometimes you can get a size replacement from the company.

      @jillianatpixie133 Рік тому

      I think a tampon applicator would be too small to fit a cup. Unless the cup was really small.

    This will not enter the urethra??

    • @pixiecup
      @pixiecup  Рік тому +1

      The urethra is much too small and is a different area than the vagina. Menstrual cups are inserted into the vagina to catch menstrual flow.

    • @pixiecup
      @pixiecup  Рік тому

      If you are having trouble getting your cup to open all the way, try rotating the base of the cup in a circular motion. (like turning a key). If your cup still won't open, you may need to try a smaller size cup. If you have a Pixie Cup don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@pixiecup.com!

    What a timing of this video, I just came back from a gynecologist to get once of these of me 😢, it was first time I was using it and it got stuck. It was inside for almost 7 hours holding everything in. Process was too painful.
    Never recommending this again to anyone.

      Cups may not be the best for you, but you should give disc a shot! They don't create suction like cups and if you purchase one with a stem, they are a breeze to remove.
