    Just wanted to add a little more positivity in these comments and tell you how you’ve helped me.
    I was always so scared to switch to discs or cups, but I did want to stop using tampons and use something more environmentally friendly. Finding the right one was a struggle of trial and error, but if it weren’t for you I wouldn’t of even thought it possible.
    Your videos have helped me understand my anatomy more than a health class. And thanks to you when I started trying the products I purchased I knew every trick under the sun to insert and remove.
    I felt like I went in fully prepared.
    Now that I’ve found the HelloDisc, I’ll never go back to tampons.
    Thank you so much for everything.
    Your hard work and efforts are so so appreciated. They changed my menstrual life.

      Hey! I was wondering how you liked the hello cup for a starter? I heard it was really firm

    • @carosophi_
      @carosophi_ Рік тому

      @@User-go5hb Hi! It is a little firm, but it’s surprisingly easy to insert and remove. At least for me. It also doesn’t bother me when it’s in. It’s very comfortable! I had a firmness issue with previous cups pressing on my bladder, but I don’t have that same problem with the disc.
      This was my first disc ever ever and it was very easy to get a hang of!! I was seriously losing hope because I could NOT get a cup to feel right or work. But I was comfortably using the HelloDisc without any issues by the second cycle of having it. Super easy learning curve! I wish I would’ve started my journey with the disc and not a cup.. would’ve saved a lot of money haha. But every woman is different. Give it a try! And good luck!!

    I have had the skoon cup for so long I have never been able to break the seal without getting super raw trying to remove cause it was so far up. I just got the flex and it's a game changer I have finally practiced and got the right fold for me the 7 fold I tried the lunch down for so long but it wouldn't open up in me and I would just leak. The string on the flex is uncomfortable but maybe I'll try with the skoon once I'm able to relax my muscles more to remove the seal myself.

      My job is not to respond to 100% of the comments and questions left on my multiple social media platforms. It is not humanly possible given the number of comments I receive. It's also not for you to decide where or how my work time is spent. I create content to answer the questions millions of people have and it's available 24/7 on my multiple outlets. Viewers can find the answers to most of the questions they have by using the videos, resources, and articles I spent thousands of hours creating. Not to mention I created a peer support group on Facebook for people to ask questions to help address the fact that I am a single human with a family, a house, a job, and a life outside of the Internet. Customer service for my store and my social media educational outlets are two separate entities that should not be confused. Customers can reach my store for assistance. Customers should also be able to reach help via the brand of the item they have purchased.

    • @katharina1788
      @katharina1788 2 роки тому +1

      Kim Rosas has tons of videos online and lots of information including a quiz on her website. And as she mentions there is even a Facebook support group.
      If you are already using tampons, try a reusable disc. Folded it's the size of a tampon and it's so much easier to use than a cup. And there are not so many different sizes and shapes to choose from compared to cups. I believe it's an easier fit.
      I used tampons all my life. Two years ago I found out about discs and bought the Lumma disc and never ever used tampons again. It changed my life for the better. I just wished I had it much much earlier in life.
      Lumma very often has a special offer where you can buy one disc and get one free. This allows you to try two different sizes. The Lumma has a softer rim than the Flex reusable so no notch for insertion is needed. It has a string for easier removal, but I had to cut it off. It poked me. I don't need any help (string, tap,...) to remove it. Bearing down pushes the disc forward so that I can grab it easily. When auto-dumping before removing it is mess free. Sometimes a tiny bit of blood on my fingertips which I don't mind.
      Reusable discs are one of the best inventions ever!!!! 💖
