  • The Kimura lock is a submission technique used in BJJ and all other MMA disciplines. This move originated from judo and wrestling, it goes by many names, Kimura, Kimura lock, bent arm lock, double wrist lock, chicken wing... It's an important grappling submission technique to master as it can turn the tables in a fight.
