Kick Lab Lesson 13 - The LegLock - Learn to Fight BJJ From the Master Spider Sensei

In this week's lesson Anderson demonstrate the leglock. This submission attack allows to lock the opponent's leg to either side. Anderson shows us his technique on how to perform this move. There are different views making it easy to understand.
