Tip for anyone who needs to hack up a super charger like this and doesn’t have access to a mill but owns a router . Cut a bit of board to act as a guide template for the router, anything that a bearing bit can smoothly run against that is not too thick will do space it off the flange and screw it down then use the router at its slowest suitable speed to cut the casing away neatly. Using a router with a guide template will achieve a clean neat job with no risk of destroying the bits you want to keep.
