UNSOLVED ISSUE..!! Ola customer issue Kerala, Ola not delivering scooter to the customer, RobMyShow

Dear Viewers,
Myself, Geril George booked an OLA S1 PRO through the online app from OLA Electric Mobility Private Limited, India's largest electric scooter manufacturing company, on December 31, 2022, by paying an advance payment of Rs. 26000/-.

Due to being unable to pay the entire amount together, I took a loan from a bank called Kotak Mahindra and paid the full amount of Rs. 175,000 before March 15, 2023. I was told that the EMI will start only after I got the vehicle. But for the past 4 months, an EMI of Rs 4291 for the loan taken in the name of this scooter has been collected by the bank from time to time, saying that my CIBIL score will have a problem if not paid.
After that, on March 23, the insurance copy was updated in the app. Form 20 was also sent to me on WhatsApp. But the form and insurance copy I got had a typographical error in my address. I called the operator several times to correct this. But until today, they have not corrected it.
The company that promised to deliver the scooter within 15 days after receiving the total amount has not delivered the scooter or even registered it, even after 2 months. No action was taken on my requests.
I spoke with customer service frequently (080 33113311) on the phone, and they simply kept changing the delivery date and replying that I would get the scooter immediately. This made me wonder if there had been an accident, theft, or some illegal use of my vehicle.
Changing the delivery date every week, it is now showing May 27th on the app. But to date (i.e., May 29th), the vehicle has not been registered or delivered. I wanted to give the new scooter to my wife on May 15 as a surprise gift for her birthday, and now I am likely to get a scooter that has been gathering dust somewhere for days.
Sir, kindly help me with this unsolved problem of the past few days. I hope you will understand my mental conflict over not being able to keep my promise to my wife for her birthday.
I believe there will be further action regarding the vehicle as soon as possible.
