There is a crack in the front footboard of my scooter. When I talked with the community members using OLA S1 scooters, many faced the same issue. So this problem is a manufacturing defect of OLA S1 scooters. When I informed the issue with OLA service center Muttathara (Trivandrum) their response was shocking, they told me that the footboard is a place where you keep your foot so there are chances that it will break and it is not the problem of the scooter and you need to pay Rs1800 to replace it. The behaviour of the service team was very bad and my issue was not resolved.

I received Ola S1 Air on 20 September 2023. But it is not getting on since 6 pm on 23 September 2023. Tried several times. Tried reboot several times. But no use. Vehicle had 14% charge when it was parked. The Ola Electric app is still not active. Scooter is 30 km away from my home now. The charger is in the trunk. Cannot open the trunk either. This happened just 3 days after I bought the scooter !!! Now I am forced to cancel all my programmes.
