i just got mine and early experience says you can dump 17 rounds as fast as you want with no heat problems. But the Swiss youtuber showed a video where he dumped 3 back to back to back and it was probably too hot to realistically continue using. But this is for me a competition pistol and therefore not something I care about.
That’s a lot of high tolerance pieces and moving parts in a hand gun... and not a revolver which is always a bad thing. Simi auto pistols always produce lots of carbon because of the blow back operated system. Can’t get away from it. More moving tight spaces for that carbon to be blasted into, the more failure issues you’ll see over all. Less parts= more accuracy and less breakdowns. More parts- mo’ problems.
It's also designed as a competition gun, not an everyday carry or a service pistol. It isn't going to be in a holster on your hip everyday, it's going to be clean and well-maintained in an expensive carrying case until the competition. Also really? I like revolvers but they're not the most reliable or serviceable handguns on the market. I'd say that would be a 1911. You sound more like a Fud than most Fuds. And I tend to like Fuds 🤣
This gun is really supersport! That's why, this gun isn't for every day carry or combat shooting. Need cleaning and oil and you have to choose good munitions for perfect work.
TheSololobo C’mon, Czechs sell CZ75 style pistols with 1970s technology for that price. Since there’s nothing like Alien on the market, they can price them how they want and they will still sell like hot cakes.
Pay for all the patents and the production in a small company that didn't run to huge firearm companies to mess up their vision. At the same time, a certain position on the market can increase the worth of the product. Diamonds are just valuable cause they sit on tons of them instead of pushing them on the market
So it's straight blow back? And probably requires tuning with the springs to your ammo? I would be a buyer if they replaced one of the springs with a gas port and piston like the HK P7 series. That single change would allow a whole family of guns in different calibers.
You don’t have to change anything. It’s competition ready out of the box. Unlike b.s CZ Shadow2 (they call it competition gun) but you have to polish and change some of the trigger parts, change the springs even change the hammer or have it done by custom shop and pay $200-400.
The muzzle velocity must be greatly reduced by this type of gas system. Has anyone chronoed the muzzle? It’s great for competitions since it bleeds away the actual power of the round. :)
for gas blow back maybe but gas delay? the extra volume of gas is held in a tiny chamber with less volume than a pistol with a longer barrel would have. I doubt it has significant impact on velocity.
is it a fluted chamber?
hello how do you modify the weight of the trigger? (Match trigger adjustable from 10 to 25 Newton (1.02 to 2.55 kg)
so barrel replacement looks a problem
So the barrel cannot be remove? What about the trigger group?
How hot is it after you ran a few magazines through it?
Anything like the P7 problems?

Very very very fine and good Gun in the wolrd , in reality ...the great gun !!!
I came for disassembly and got field stippling. 😒

V V. They claim that since the barrel is fixed, tolerances can be looser without compromising accuracy.

The Alien isn’t even a blow back pistol.
hi do you know how to take off the barrel ?
As far as I'm aware it's fixed to the frame, the designers just said that, maybe it's pinned to it.
@@CaptainGrief66 fixed barrels mean extra accuracy, my beretta 87 target is like that and i wouldn't want it to be any other way
That's the alien heart which became the alien with the bent tiny arms it's a smaller heart it was don't to cover khan and the santander bank job
do you like it ? what are the advantage and disadvantage in this gun ?

its a pure competition gun with a wicked low bore axis
Imo. Best design for a red dot
Such a cool gun! Thank you for your very informative video.
Amazing gun, but I just want to know why it can't be $1700 instead of $2900.

It's risen to 5k now...
В Росси его предлагали за $14.500,00

No. It is gas delayed similar to the p7.

My bad fellas I realize now that it's gas delayed, I hope that they can get the price down to something reasonable, $5,000? 🤯
@@cpd969 You don't *have* to do any of that; but you can if you want to.
Great video
Which city is between Czechoslovakia....................OSLO!
теперь понятно почему он так дорого стоит.
Seems as best handgun ever made 👏 👌💯
Beautiful pistol
It's complicated design
Могут же придумать всякое.

Czechoslovakia does not exist since fall of Ironcourtin. Now you have Czech and Slovakia separate.
I don't like it. The color of the grips makes it a bad choice for video games. 🥴
innovation
Chzechoslovakia doesn't exist anymore
Too expensive for me. I ll take CZ Shadow or CZ P09
cris Smith yeah but it's not about price but about hi tech features, i mean very great work, appreciate this 👌
Сильно дорогая по цене Зенитка и очень страшная по дизайну. Моя оценка Гамно пуха.
I would much rather have alien 45 which shoots like 9 than alien 9 that shoots like 380
S&W Model 41.
