@@ThePaintingCoach Hi, I might be starting a Stormcast Army, but more instrested in the dragons, so for the paints, are they all current citadel paints from Games Workshop? Just that they changed the range a bit.
Buddy you do such clean work, I love your painting videos the most of all that I watch and I watch Duncan rhoades religiously lol. Keep up the good work my friend.
Fantastic job mate as always. I want really to do that but in blue! Have you any advise for Paint list? That will be appretiated. Maybe i will start with Ultramarine Blue contrast!
@@ThePaintingCoach yes, ofc! I love every single work of you. You are such inspiring to me! I'm a new painter, your works are gold. But I find some more blue to paint drake. I want it to be more "azure drake" 😊
Hi coach, in the meantime, thank you once again for inspiring me with your videos. They are fantastic. I'm trying to make my blue Karazai. I'm wasting days on choosing which blue to use as gryph hound orange - blood angel red - flesh tears red. Can you give me a hand? With the new contrasts it should be easier. I had thought Talassar blue - Asurmen blue - Celestium blue. Thank you very much ☺️
I dont know if you will answer anytime, but i wanted to follow your painting tutorial, but from what i know wraithbone is more white than what karazai looks like from the priming. Is that just my eyes fooling me or is it another type of paint?
Nothing finer than a Welshman painting a red dragon.
Thanks Frank!

Yes they all are
Dude... thanks for the awesome quick video. Just picked him up yesterday and wanted to keep it close to box art!!!! Looks great
Beautiful red dragon looks very good indeed
Great job. Simple scheme. Awesome edition. And impresive result.
Thanks!
Absolutely wonderful, ill be sure to follow this guide when I get around to getting a dragon!
Thanks! Glad you liked it!

Thanks for the support - I appreciate it!
Damn that is some quality! Can't wait to get my hands on this model. I'll be following this guide for sure!
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
Again you have done a cracking Job.
Cheers Lee!
Great video. I need to get one of these
Thanks!
Flapping awesome!
See what you did there 😉 thanks!
Beautiful, thanks. Can you tell us how to make that base?
Thanks! I have a tutorial on it - check the channel homepage where you can search
Really helpful tutorial thanks! Just wondered why you used Aggaros Dunes then Skeleton Horde for the wings instead of just one or the other?
Cheers - aggaros dunes was warmer and not giving me the depth I wanted 👍🏻
Was the model primed fully assembled? Just wondering if the spray can will reach all the areas well fully built
Yes - that tucked wing is a challenge though
How exactly are you getting underneath when your model in on the base?
Very carefully, holding the brush at the back of the handle to get it in there
@@ThePaintingCoach I'm base coating using brushes and struggling lol
I guess it helps to do the awkeard areas first, then paint over any mistakes

Maybe try talassar blue to start 👍🏻 ultramarines for the darkest parts
@@ThePaintingCoach i will try. Now I'm studying for "normal" color to use between vallejo or cittadel
Sounds good :) i use all citadel but there are conversion charts in my video description - i really like the vallejo model colors
I love the name of all these paints. Are they all citadel?
Yes they are 👍🏻 so named to be able to trademark/copyright them I think
@@ThePaintingCoach awesome thanks for the reply. Do u paint only figures or do u do like scale models such as cars or military vehicles?
No problem! I don't at the moment but I have some temptation to maybe start in 2022
awesome, but krondys is mah boi. Tell me, is it possible to make krondys with that scars or it is exclusively for karazai?
Hmm i don't think so - you could add the collar and vambraces easily enough I think - make sure you check out my Krondys tutorial too!

And ofc the right "normal" paint for the wings 😂
Yes they will work 👍🏻 check out my Krondys turorial for ideas of how to paint

I try to answer all my comments! Might be the light making it look a little darker
