Thank you so much! I’m a 44 year old woman who is not afraid to DIY and this was very easy to follow and fix myself. Dryer is working again and it only cost me $22 for the rollers.

This is the best instructional video I've seen on UA-cam!! 1) You don't fill the video with unnecessary side talk, 2) You're very detailed in how you describe what you're doing and why. 3) Perfect balance of showing everything needed to perform a step accurately, but edit out the unneeded portions (like the whole process of taking out each screw). This was very helpful and didn't burn up more time than was required. Straight to the point. Excellent job!

This is the video of all videos regarding replacing the dryer's drum belt. If you can't replace your dryer's drum belt after watching this video, there's something wrong with you. We didn't have a broken belt. Our issue was the belt came loose. So I just had to put it back into it's place. Thanks for the vid, Steve!

After watching this video I subscribed. Gotta say my 30+ year old Kenmore Model 70 dryer is SO MUCH easier to take apart to replace the belt, belt tensioner and drum rollers AND at the same time, replace the heating unit and thermostat… I think I’ll keep it for another 30 years 👌🤪

Thank you so much!!! Very detailed video made the job easy. Our dryer has a steam option and I added a few steps but was very simple. I was able to change out the belt as well as the idle pulley wheel and all 4 drum wheels. The kit we ordered had all the parts so I just thought I would replace them at the same time. No issues at all and great that you showed step by step to put everything back together. It was overwhelming with all the parts disassembled but the calm manor of your video made everything go back together with ease. Thank you so much! Well done video.

Great tutorial. My squeaking was caused by a frozen roller. If you open it up might as well replace 4 rollers, tensioner and belt. Under $40 on Amazon, “Alew Direct Dryer Repair Kit”. There is also a video with the same guy replacing bearings on the washer.

I replaced all the guide wheels, pulley, spring and belt. However, my drum still does not spin. The motor operates normally and the drum spins freely when fully reassembled. Perhaps there are some pulley tension adjustments?
