Love this vid! I'm going to try this one out tomorrow. Question for you... Have you guys ever used these AI driven meal plan tools? I just used one called Next Level Diet and I put in my goals then it spit out meal plans that are actually pretty good.
No we never did! We do have a Nutrition Plan Generator in our App, but its not AI driven. You might can take a look at it!

Amazing advise!! I have the feeling I am hitting a plateau with my push ups. Maybe some of the exercises will help. Also I am working on my handstand which would be more comfortable with the wrist bands!

Bro I have a question! Is it possible to train push-ups, pull-ups, crossbar presses and squats together in one day for two or three sets three times a week? Or would it be impractical? I know many people say that it is better to exercise one muscle group one day a week, so that it will recover properly, but my level is not so steep to perform SUCH a number of repetitions, after which I need a week of rest. Your opinion on this question is very interesting!
