@@slimtickettpull ups are generally MUCH harder than pull ups. They also use different muscles. Try starting from australian pull ups, work up to 4 sets of 15. Then do negatives, then pull up holds, then pull ups. Remember, it takes different amount of time for everyone. I myself cant do a pull up yet, but cam do 16 clean push ups. just got my first unassisted pull up today! something that also helped me was using those large resistance rubber bands on your feet, then knees as you build strength.
also a great tip is to pull up with your soulders(scapulas) forward. I'm training to do pull ups rn and this small thing helps alot. Chris Heria got some insane tips for pull ups for more in depth info highly recomend checking him out

This is great but i have tried the jumping pull ups and the first time i did it, i jerked my shoulder and that was really painful. Fortunately, I didn't get injured badly. Basically, i jumped but i didn't have the strength to hold the pull up above the bar and i sort of jerked my shoulder while falling 😭 So, maybe we have to be careful with that too. My gear routine ( im just an idiot small kid dont mind me ) (everday) : 50 jumping jacks 250 jump rope jumps 25 chin ups ( assisted with lots of thingys because im fat) 25 pull ups (assisted too) 25 push ups [not in a row anything] Can someone tell me if this is good?
I think it doesn't have enough core activation which are required for pullups. Many people also don't have an access to a gym, its expensive in countries such as mine. But again, it may work. Doing bench press is how i got to my first pushup
But bro I never did any of these movements. I saw my friend doing pull ups I simply tried to replicate it and went from 0-10 pulls ups I don't know exactly how many months but I know i didn't do any of the movements or progession just jumped to main movement.

You can also build up to it using resistance bands and/or an assisted Pull-Up machine
