    Made it with meyer lemons from my tree for gingerbread. It came out perfect!!! Love, love this small batch recipe!!! Will make it again and again!!! Thank you, thank you! 🥰🤗

    I've been on a bit of a macaron kick recently, so I've loved having small batch filling recipes on hand so that no baked goodness goes to waste! Are you more of a full-batch or a small-batch type of person? 💐

      I prefer a small batch. It's easy enough to make another batch if more is needed, and then it's fresh!

    Such a great recipe thank you!! I made this as a filling to combine with some buttercream for some homemade Mr Kipling Lemon slices. Turned out great! I’m going to try to make a blueberry curd next
