congratulations , your shop is very complete, also very nice in order , in Mexico it is not posible to find individual repair shops like this , only in the important cities and in nice neighborhouds , we are boot makers , so welt construction , and yes the machinery is very expensive and the old machines are still the best ones, we are small , only making 4000 cowboyboots weekly, but our city Leon in the state of Guanajuato is making around 186 million pairs each year , not including tennis shoes , regards from mexico , robert ( I am from belgium )

Here in SA, the shoe repair man is becoming a rare craft! In a big city you'll be lucky if you find one! I always had to ware orthopedic flat soles and no-one can make them anymore. I just walk bare-foot even in town.
I'm in Atlanta GA. I love your channel. I cant find one genuine cobbler around here that doesn't want 200 usd to fix a pair of 300 usd Vasque boots. You make it look easy sir. Otherwise, I see why people just buy cheap shoes to throw out when they wear down. What do you charge? Can you do a video of fair prices for resole, full clean and polish, boots vs shoes? Even in euros would be helpful. Just to know if I'm getting ripped off. Thanks. Keep up the good videos!
