    How did you get the centers cut? Does it just fall apart like that?

    From what I see
    Water 1 cup
    Mirin 1 tablespoon
    Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
    Kombu 1 tablespoon
    Sugar 2-3 tablespoons

    Hello
    I need to know the ingredients for the broth, you cooked the aburaage in, to make Inariage. How much water, mirin, soy sauce, kombu and sugar? Your website Just tells me how to make Aburaage or the whole meal.

      Hey Nina, here's the list of the ingredients: 2 cups medium-grained rice or sushi rice
      2 tbsp. granulated sugar
      3 tbsp. rice vinegar
      2 nori sheets crumbled
      2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
      10 square inari pockets, sliced in half
      1 tsp Vegan Dashi or Seasoning by choice
