Thanks for posting these vids of off brand improvement clubs. Most of the videos that are out there are from the manufacturer, so good to see someone comparing it with mainstream clubs.
Thanks for the video. I bought a Monza. You are right about the look and the sound. Took it the range and played a couple of rounds. Then I put it back in the box and returned it. It was a lot shorter than my TaylorMade M1. I got my $97 back. Their shipping/handling and my postage cost me $65. Cheap lesson. Now I am a lot happier with my old driver.
I picked one of these up for $36. At that price it is worth it just for playing around with. I haven't got a chance to hit it yet. I might come back when I do and update this post with my thoughts on it.
Looks like the Moonwood driver which I have hit and there was no comparison to my driver in distance or direction. Was hoping for a possible fairway wood replacement but again it failed. My 20 degree Callaway 4 hybrid was longer and more accurate than the Moonwood driver and I would bet the Monza is similar.
I tried the Monwood once….the Monza much better in my opinion. The Monza is really doing to work for those that hit down on the ball even with driver. But everyone going to be different so if the hybrid gets it done for you then that’s the club to use!
Was looking for a review and found your channel. Great vid! You have a new subscriber. And as ugly as that club is, it can’t be uglier than my slice off the Tee 😂😂😂
Just got the monza club of course I'm in northeast Ohio so there is not much golfing here Just wondering if you have tried to hit the monza off the deck and if so how did it work. I'm going to Florida later this month it will be the first time using this club that is why I'm asking also hopefully it will keep me in the fairway. Thanks in advance I'll wait for your response.
I like the video I might order one just so I can try it do you play the bombtech irons I bought them in a bundle really like the driver for me is getting me back to 220 I'm 65 but the irons don't seem to be able to get the distance that I was getting with my old Calloways ten-year-old Calloway's
I've always felt looks and sound could be forgiven if it works. Honestly, you could have the ugliest clubs in the world, but if they help you shoot lower scores does it really matter? I'll take good performance over sound/looks any day of the week.
Looks a bit like the club I have on order from another manufacturer : 14° hybrid "driver" I'm 71 yo and hybrid clubs seem to suit my game better than woods or irons For instance I can hit a 19° 3-hybrid all but as far as I can a full-sized driver @ around 11.5° of loft. That for me is only about 175 yards, as my normal swing speed is down around 65 to 70 mph. Looks like they're selling Monzas for $97 now Word of warning - be careful of that 7-day "Birdies Club" membership. It's quite expensive after the 7 days and they will charge it to the credit card you used to pay for the club ! (It's all hidden away in the Ts&Cs) I've seen reports from people who have had a tough time getting that subscription cancelled ... Getting back to the club, yes the key will be to tee it down Also, I'd suggest that how a golf club looks is largely in the eye of the beholder ! 😊
It went pretty straight, ugly as sin tho lol. While you were driving I recognized certain landmarks lol. Dude we need to play sometime for realz...playing solo just doesn't push me enough to get better. I got some new clubs and can't wait to try them out on the course. Keep up the content, really like the videos. 👍
the Monza is sold as a substitute for driver, yet you did not test it against any driver! not even the somewhat similar driver substitute, the Teton hybrid driver
It was just a club review not a comparison video. But I had the Teton hybrid a few years ago. I wasn’t a fan and sent it back. Not saying it’s a bad club as I just don’t get along well with hybrids. Something about the shape doesn’t fit my eye.

Try the Max Vert driver vs this and the Teton driver. Thanks for the video.

So what kind of distance were you getting? I have not seen anything about that.
Looks like the same face profile as the original hybrid ... Adams Tight Lies
could I use the Monza just as a Fairway club ?
I use cobra baffler and Callaway Apex hybrid.

subscribed as a 50 year old recreational golfer with shoulder these reviews are handy
Where did you get your, Monza, from?

Appreciate it! Keep working and I’m sure you’ll get that slice figured out.

It can be hit off the deck for sure. Feels very similar to hitting a 3 wood off the deck.

I hit the teton 280 yards

You should compare that against the teton driver/hybrid
I have seen that one. Definitely something worthy of a comparison.

Would love to see you win a tournament with the bombtech irons and the monza driver. 😂
That would be great but don’t see myself winning any tournaments with any set of clubs lol.
Kind of like a two dollar date. Not pretty but gets the job done 😂
It sounds and looks so bad 😂 but I want it so bad for some reason lol
Give it a shot!
Not worth...
