    I skipped the caramel sauce and put roasted strawberries with orange juice and zest inside. Thanks for the great crepe recipe, super easy to sib diary out in this one which I really appreciate!

    In Sri lanka instead of caramelized bananas we add caramelized scraped coconut...yum

    Totally agree! In all the years of making pancakes and crepes, I always do a "test" one at the start and throw it out. I am surprised that you do not flip your crepe. I will give this one a go :)

    That first crepe was fine. Use an electric griddle for more consistency. All looks amazing.

    For the coconut caramel can I use coconut milk instead of cream?

    Hi Marion, can you tell us the difference between coconut milk and coconut cream? From what I know coconut milk is the one that you use for making curry. Thank you

      Coconut cream is thicker then coconut milk
