    Stunning! If i may give requests, i'd love a binder free ravioli or stuffed italian style pasta! And muffins, or even cinammon rolls!! Amazing work as always

      I was just thinking that these could just as well work as cinnamon rolls!? Just make a filling of sugar and cinnamon (and maybe something else, ginger powder maybe?)

      @janalu4067 I don't think it can work on cinnamon rolls. I made a recipe for it in my cookbook.

    I've been searching for rolls recipe for so long, I was thinking about a steamed recipe as I already tried your steamed buns recipe (and it was perfect! ). Thanks for actually making this one!
    But I'm wondering, is it okay if I substitute white rice flour you're using for brown rice flour/whole rice flour???

    Can you do gluten free lectin-free recipes as many more people are now suffering leaky guts and won’t be able to have wheat flour, rice flour, potatoes and other lectin high foods?

      Don't worry about lectins, they disappear after food processing. Research shows that soybean lectins are almost completely inactivated when boiled at 212°F (100°C) for at least 10 minutes.
