🥣Ingredients:
1/2cup | 90g | 3oz uncooked quinoa
1cup | 8fl oz water
1 large sweet potato
1/2 small head broccoli
3 spring onions
30g | 1oz fresh coriander
2tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
black pepper & salt to taste
2-3 heaped tbsp flour (preferably chickpea flour / gram flour)
olive oil

Very nice recipe. Easy and healthy. We here call this cutlets and I often make with sweet potato and different millets.
Along with broccoli or cauliflower I add other vegetables like green peas and carrots, dill leaves. Instead of oats I have tried chickpea flour.
Finally adding little semolina or rice flour will make the patties crispy. Both shallow frying and air frying will give good results.
Very versatile recipe. Thank you for the video.

I just made these, and while they are absolutely delicious, it should be mentioned that they stuck like glue to my skillet (not a non stick), cooked in olive oil and fell apart. But yummy😊

Add lentils instead of sweet potatoes and use chick pea flour instead of flour.....bake in the oven instead of pan frying.....drizzle olive oil on both sides and bake on parchment paper.....use convection oven to crisp them up last ten minutes of baking,,,,,❤

Chama-se "batata-doce", certo? o molho que usei nesta receita é o molho tzatziki. É fácil de fazer. Você precisa adicionar um pouco de sal e pimenta, alho picado, salsa picada ou endro e pepino fresco ralado ou em conserva ao iogurte vegetal. É fácil de fazer molho, mas vai bem com muitos pratos e tem um gosto ótimo! 😊💕

Hello! 🤗 Thank you for your question! To make the sauce add chopped dill, pinch of salt and some chilli flakes to plant based yogurt or sour cream.
Alternatively you can make tzatziki sauce - mix dairy free yoghurt, a bit of salt and pepper, minced garlic, grated cucumber and chopped parsley or dill.
