It’s now May 30th. I have been doing these exercises since March 7th. Every other day, and it works! I keep showing off my arms to my friends, and they have asked that I don’t do it anymore, they are tired of me bragging! Summer holidays are just around the corner, gonna buy myself a beautiful sleeveless top, thanks to you Cindy!

Easy to do for beginner with some limited movement . Feels good to stretch the muscles and getting back in shape and love that you don’t always need weights.

I continue to love doing these and love your motivation. I still have crinkly areas under the arms and not sure how to get rid of that but I do feel a little better about wearing sleeveless shirts. I wonder if eating less fat would help target any left over flab? Although, I don't really eat a lot at all. I have lost 23 lbs within the last 6 months, purposely and I think a lot of the flab was from not starting the exercises sooner. Do you think?
Hi Linda, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, some of the flab is also gravity and part of the aging process so it's hard to say if starting sooner could have helped (no good looking backwards anyways). The best approach would be to continue to build arm muscle which will help take up some of the skin as the muscles grow. Continue muscle building those arms every other day a minimum of twice a week. I always say if they are not getting better, let's not let them get worse, right?
CONGRATULATIONS on the excellent job losing the 23 lbs. That is commitment! Keep me posted.

I thought I'd see how this went and it's really good. Not just for my arms but thighs, and calves also and it got my heart rate up. So covering all sorts of muscles thanks Cindy a great exercise and I won't be worried about flabby arms in the summer either great 🙂

Do you have any advice for someone with a frozen shoulder? I have so little strength in that arm. Could only lift 3 pounds.

First time with this one. If felt good stretching the body.
Does the 15 min senior strength workout have the same effect as the 15 min workout for toned sculpted arms? May I do one or the other or do I need to do both on the same day?
I would alternate between the two. It is always good to target the muscles in different ways. Make sure you do weights every other day so that the muscles have a day of rest to repair. Keep up you dedication to staying strong!
Will I be able to lose my flabby underarms using 0.5kg weights? I just started working out recently

Cindy here. I use 2 to 3lbs usually. You can go heavier but for me it really triggers the arthritis inflammation.
This one is good for the under arms but I am doing the free weights and also the workout for toned sculptured arms, do I also need this or will these two cover the under arm also. I don't want to over egg the 🎂 😂 😂
The two workouts you are doing are plenty. If you get bored, you can switch it out for this one. Keep up your dedication! 🤸👍

How much weight for the weights?
2 ,and 5, lbs are common but listen to your body and use weights heavy enough to challenge you without sacrificing form. Being a little sore after a workout is okay but pain is NOT! If you experience pain within a few days of using weights, tailor back to a lighter weight and build from there. Remember we are trying to build muscle. not destroy them.
Continue your journey of remaaining healthy and strong!

I've just started to try them as I got under arm flabby arms and they are driving me nuts I love short sleeve clothes to wear so going to do these now
They drive me nuts too! Under arms are definitely one of the biggest areas of frustration for many women but with diligence they can be toned. Stay consistent with it a few times per week
