I was diagnosed with Diabetes 1 1/2 years ago, and these exercises that you do are wonderful, as I can do them early in the morning, that is so encouraging to me to keep up the weight loss and balance of my diabetes that I want to maintain. 11 lbs. down and 20 more to go! I've been working out with weights since April--started with 3-5 lbs, then recently went up to 8lbs. I know I should be challenging myself as time goes on but don't want to overdo. Thanks for any advice you can give.
I’m 74 and find these exercises fine I’ve had back and hip surgery. Mobility not good but do feel this loosens me up👏👏
