15 Minute Stretch Routine To Loosen Up

This 15 minute stretch routine will help loosen up stiff joints and release tight muscles. Do it first thing in the morning to ensure mobility throughout the day, or do it in the afternoon to release some of the day’s built up tension and refresh your body and mind!

Thanks Cindy, I have been using a 45 min. Stretch & Flex for over 6 yrs now, and I don’t have the time anymore for it, and I was getting so bored with it, so I just tried this 15 min. Program. I am very happy with it! Covered every area that I needed it to be! P. S. Love the pooch, nice touch!

Hi Cindy .. I’d just like to thank you once again .. I do your metabolism fitness, 15 mins weights and this stretching every morning when I wake up followed by a nice walk through the Italian vineyards here in the north of Italy .
I feel great and I think you are an excellent instructor 👍🏻because you explain the exercises very well and also explain why they are good for us.. what they do to our muscles etc

Christina, especially on this video, the moves do not need to be perfect. As long as we are moving to get the blood and oxygen flowing and the joints loosened up. Good for you and your determination. continue on to stay strong and healthy!
