    1. Eat enough calories to loose weight,too much of calorie deficit doesn't burn calories.
    2. sleep well to boost that metabolism
    3. Exercise but give body time to heal n recover
    4. medicate to recover from stress
    5. check for any hormonal issues or any underlying diseases.
    6. Set realistic goals n do neat exercises to burn those calories not be give burden to body .
    7. Eat everything but have portion control.
    8. Do strength training
    9. Do intermittent fasting
    10. Enjoy life n do fun activities.
    11. stay active the whole day.

      ​@@baddiethatdon't eat in like a thousand calorie deficit.. it'll make u feel like crap and just isn't worth it
      idk directly why it doesn't burn off if you go on a high deficit but I dont think its worth to trade for feeling down all day
      (find the deficit that works for *you* because we all have different bodies!!)

    If you are walking 10000 steps but not losing weight, it only means one thing. Your eating is not right. Fix that and walking will work.
    Wait at least an hour after waking up before eating breakfast, finish supper by 7 pm, avoid excess sugar and salt, minimize manufactured food in packets.
    That's it.

    It’s more about what you eat. You can exercise all day long but if you’re not feeding your body the right foods you will not see a change. 💜

    You can always put your headphones or earphones and play your favourite music ( mostly energetic) while walking and do the hand moments and little dances between it actually helps a lot instead of just keeping your hands at one place

    Even these variations might not work if youre not changing your diet.
    Eating healthy and just walking is also enough to lose weight.
    It all depends on what you eat, most people also lose weight just by changing to a healthier diet and no exercise.
    You could exercise daily for two hours, but if your not eating right and healthy, its no use.

    *Burning calories is better than cutting calories*
    Suryanamaskars a single round can burn 8-12 calories in 20 seconds.
    (can differ based on weight & fat percentage )

    Stop perpetuating the idea that calories are most important to count, whether it's through how much we've consumed or burned off. Most people can't even calculate the calories that are solely responsible for keeping us alive and yet we stress ourselves out by meeting dumb goals like calorie counting.
    I made 10k steps yesterday and yet my fitbit told me I was in my "Zone Minutes" for only about 10 minutes. This means that my heart rate was only in the fat burning zone for 10 minutes but that doesn't mean I didn't get enough steps or burn any calories or that somehow me being in a heart rate zone will determine how much fat I lose.

      Counting calories is very useful, but only if you're VERY sophisticated about doing it accurately. For 95% of people, you'll never get it right enough to be useful.
      But, it's still good to be conscious of the fact that exercising to lose weight is a calorie math game, and burning more is better. Doing some of these tricks to intensify walking allow you to burn more without eating up quite so much of your limited time on this world. Like, you don't need to have a detailed budget laid out to the cent to know that overtime at 1.5x is going to make it easier to pay off the credit card. Yes, you can be stupid and kill that progress, but all else equal, more exercise will help your goals, even if you don't have any idea what the numbers are.

    I do 15,00 steps a day at work & don’t loose an ounce!!!! I increased my protein to 30 grams a meal , drink 64 ounces of water a day & started using the treadmill 4 to 5 nights a week after work !! Still no weight loss! Also do videos with weights -5 - 8 lbs - few times a week - as a 64 year old woman the muscle turns to fat almost immediately!! Ps I do not
    Eat bread or sugar!!

    First of all people need to know something
    Your body is like an investment
    Walking is a form of cardio and that can be filled like for example you walk and burn 500 calories then you go and consume a burger then you have no improvement..you may think you are working out but in reality nothing's changing
    That's why do weight training too and im not saying you have to go to the gym...just body weight training....build muscle,for forming muscles the body uses a large amount of calories and also for maintaining it the body burns calories too,simply muscle keeps burning your extra calories while you are asleep too walking does not do that ,walking burns calories when the activity is taking place and the wear off period (when you pant ) that u walked quite a distance that's it,it won't burn more...but if you combine it with bodyweight training the body will keep on burning calories for maintaining the muscle.
    That's why i suggest
    1.6-7 km walk
    2.50 push ups
    3.50 squats
    4.50 tricep dip
    5.50 pike pushup
    Once a week add the ab exercises
    The 50 i mentioned dont have to be in 1 breath ...just do it at ur own pace,as per your own sets and reps,the important factor is before u go to sleep everything should be completed.
    Increase the reps as you progress.
    Obviously stay in a diet
    And the most important thing,please dont look at exercise as a solution for fat loss rather look at this as a therapy
    Like all your life's problems disappear for the 1-1:30 hours when you exercise,look at it therapeutically,it will sustain and become ur everyday routine.
    Whichever weight class you are on, don't question yourself after 2 weeks that why am i not slimming down that much (its the ridiculous 1 month transformations u see on the internet which has captivated ur brain subconsciously)...just think you are doing better than yesterday that's all,Have a good day folks!

    I’m not overweight and I can do 100 pushups 100 sit-ups 100 full squats and a 2 minute plank pretty easily but I want to reveal my abs without having to flex them and literally nothing I do is helping I can have a 500-1000 calorie deficit for weeks and it does nothing and exercising like hell also does nothing what am I doing wrong

    I do 10k every morning wearing a tactical vest that weighs 30# and I swing a 8, 12, or 16# sledgehammer while walking… you have to get ready for the coming struggle.
